This toy is designed to be held firmly in place with the textured cup part on the head of your penis. From there, a speed button that goes from low to high causes the piston to move up and down. The overall design is like an automatic stroker, but just for the head of the penis. Being that it is handheld and not freestanding, it is quite difficult to make this toy work properly because it constantly shifts its placement. The toy itself is designed to mainly stimulate the tip of the penis with an insertable length of about 2 1/2" into a textured nubbed cup (the insertable cuppart is on the top of the one pictured). This toy is definitely best used alone.

The housing is made of plastic, which houses the batteries, gears, etc. The part where you insert your penis is made of TPR and feels nice with the texture on the inside. The insertable part is quite soft and stretchy, and is removable. This toy being of such poor quality, isn't really fit for anyone.

I did not like the design. The housing of the toy that holds the batteries is poorly designed, as well as the overall performance of it. I had to put in the batteries several times before the toy even started to work. The removable part that you put your penis into does not stay put either, and easily comes right out when you don't want it to. The insertable part is far too shallow as well for me as well. On top of that, the gear box in the motor seized up after about 5 minutes. This effectively broke the toy. I was not being rough with it one bit and it just locked up. Lastly, there is a hand grip strap that is elastic on the housing as well, and it was far too small to fit my hand into. It was really pinching the skin on my fingers just trying to stick my hand in. I would seriously recommend on skipping this.

The thrusting function is poor on this toy. The motor that rotates the pump portion of this only moves about an inch, which really provides very little stimulation. The low and high speeds seemed too slow, so that could have used a lot of work, especially with 4 batteries powering it. It is quite noisy too with how little it does, which is pretty confusing. With the poor performance, overall function, and use of this product, I found nothing that I would consider great about this product.

The housing is made of plastic, but it is not waterproof, so spot clean that part if it does get dirty. The TPR cup part is easy to clean, just pull it out of its housing and clean it with some antibacterial soap and water. The TPR cup is compatible with water and silicone-based lube.
