As the name suggests, it is for use in water. there is a safety release that allows you to quickly release suction. It has various safety features such as Food-grade material / Hypo-allergenic / Latex free / Non-porous / Phthalates free. I use water-based lube when needed to insert my penis into the sleeve. It seems to work best in the bathtub more than in the shower. make sure when you are done using it to clean it well and dry it off.

I tried it out in the shower my first time using it, and I was not very impressed with it. I have used it several times now in the tub and can say I like it much better now than when I first tried it. It is very easy to charge. It has great suction, it is easy to control the amount of suction after you use it a couple of times and get the hang of things. the way it feels when there is water inside of it and creates suction is an amazing feeling. I like the ruler along the side so you can see the progress of your "workouts".
