Not to be used for the other use...
As a Vac-u-Lock attachment it is great, but they are truly fooling themselves if they think this has any validity as an extension.

Pros
Good size, Good Vibe
Cons
Harness Specific, Material, Loud vibe, Unlikely to fit for use as extension
This toy is billed as a "hollow vibro extension vac-u-lock compatible penis sleeve with vibrating action". Well, it is hollow for about 3.5", vac-u-lock compatible, and has vibrating action, but in terms of being an extension, I think they are stretching here.
It is not a horrible product, but as I was unable to get any combination of two fingers to fit the opening, I find it hard to call this an extension. What is it then? It is a vibrating dildo which is vac-u-lock compatible? In fact I would say it is vac-u-lock designed. The difference between this toy and typical vac-u-lock toys is in the opening where a normal vac-u-lock adapter would go. Rather than the "saw tooth" opening, it is simply a void a little larger than the usual vac-u-lock plug. That said, you can see how that would be a very small opening, and while I am sure there are some anatomies for which this may work, anyone within reason of the accepted averages would find this a tight fit, even when flaccid.
On the base end is a set of four snaps designed to fit standard vac-u-lock harnesses, though any harness with a 2" ring should work for it and a felt like backer to increase comfort of the wearer. This end also provides the entrance for the vibes control wire.
The vibe itself holds its own quite well. It is a simple wire-controlled vibe with "infinite" speeds through a thumb wheel typically seen on low to mid market bullets. It was a bit louder than expected. It has almost a rattle to it at full speed, though it was quieter when in firm contact with something.
One other possible detractor for this product is the material. It is basically a rubber skin over some type of firm foam rubber core. From a tactile standpoint, it does have a skin like feel and a spongy firmness which is also somewhat lifelike. From a durability standpoint, I have my doubts. Right out of the box, it showed two thin spots in the rubber cover. They were notably off color and looked like they were areas where they were overstretched during the manufacturing process. This leads me to believe, though it has not yet happened, that at some point these stretches will become tears and render the toy useless. From a hygiene standpoint, we did not find that it had an overpowering smell or had any contact effects but I was unable to find, either on the packaging or on the website, whether there was any vinyl or latex in the rubber. I recommend anyone allergic take precautions or avoid it. Hot water and anti-bacterial soap are sort of my standard cleaner, and it appears to be a good choice here for cleaning as well.
Overall it has value as a dildo, and the strong vibe proved great for stimulation, but to call it an extension is simply not accurate.
