Not terrible, but you sure get what you pay for. Super cheap and good for beginners.
Overall, it's a decent ring. At under $3, it's about the best thing you could ask for. If it's too small or you just don't like it, you can toss it without feeling too bad. It's very basic, nothing crazy, and good for beginners and those who aren't sure about cock rings. Unfortunately, it's too tight for guys on the larger side of average. I'm giving it 3 stars; it does the job and it's super cheap, but it's nothing special.

Pros
Cheap, colorful, good for beginners!
Cons
Too tight for larger guys, too thin, lint magnet
We got this as our very first cock ring when my partner and I got together several years ago. It's super cheap, comes in several different colors, and is very stretchy. As I'm sure you're aware, a cock ring simply goes around the base of the penis to assist in keeping an erection (or just staying super hard). This basic cock ring does the trick, however, it was a tad snug for my partner who's on the large side of average, so beware if you're on the thicker side. It's tiny and travel friendly. It comes in a little plastic package that keeps it clean before use, but the package isn't reusable. It isn't discreet in the least; it's incredibly easy to tell what it is from the package.
We've used it quite a number of times, and it has held up well. However, it's starting to fray slightly and it's one hell of a lint magnet! My partner liked it for a while, despite it being a bit too snug, but he said after longer sessions it became pretty uncomfortable. We've tried other rings since, and we definitely prefer thicker rings now. This one is pretty thin and can dig into your skin if you're too big for it. But it definitely keeps him hard, and it doesn't stop him from ejaculating like some of the tighter rings we have.
It’s made from a stretchy material called TPR silicone; it's very easy to clean and is decently durable for a disposable ring. We've used this ring during both oral and penetrative sex. Neither of us have ever had any rashes or problems with the material itself. It smells lightly of plastic, which most TPR does, but the smell lessens with washing. It's easy to clean, soapy water works great, and it's going to collect lint no matter what you do so you'll be washing often. This can't be used with silicone lubricant, so make sure yours is compatible before use. Since it's TPR silicone, you can use it just about anywhere, such as the shower, pool, bed, or wherever. There are no vibrating parts to get wet and it makes no sound. It's pretty hard to wreck.
It's definitely a good beginner's cock ring if you haven't tried any before (if you're not too big). It's cheap, it's colorful, it's basic, and it'll last you until you can upgrade to a nicer one.

Experience
Since it's just a tad too tight for my partner, we've sat there for several minutes trying to stretch it out and it hasn't broken yet! I'm actually pretty impressed that it's held up so long for something that is labeled "disposable." Back when this was our only ring. He used to put it on during foreplay for the tight sensation, and then take it off for sex before it started to dig into his skin. It's not our favorite, but it's decent for the price.
Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
We don't use this ring anymore, it's starting to get big tears in it. We've since replaced it with a much nicer silicone ring, but this was a nice introduction to the world of cock rings. Currently it gets most of it's use holding condoms/covers on toys, which is does work quite well for. Since it's pretty tight it would hold a condom/cover on most any insert-able toy, even thin vibrators, or super girthy dildos. The color hasn't faded but I did notice one of my other TPR toys picked up a bit of the color, it didn't melt it, it just has a pinkish-red part now. Definitely keep this stored in a condom cube or somewhere away from other toys to keep the color from bleeding onto them!
