The toy is ribbed, and it feels fantastic the first couple times you use it. After a while though, it becomes kind of dull to use. I currently only own this toy, and I've actually found myself using my hand rather than this, in most cases.

This toy is made of Ultra realistic 3.0 (UR3), which kind of feels like jelly, and is ribbed throughout. At one end, the hole is tighter than at the other, putting more pressure on that area. You can either use that side facing down for more pressure on the shaft, or face it up for more pressure and friction on the head.
After owning the toy for about a week, with semi-heavy use, and proper cleaning, the a circular piece of the UR3 came off the toy's smaller hole, which left me dubious of its durability. However, nothing else has happened with it, and it seems to be holding up very nicely.

When I first got it, the toy came in a smallish blue box. It's made of a UR3, and has a decent sized hole all the way through. Clean up is easy, because of this, and the fact that the material is so flexible. It's unique in that it is completely soft shell, allowing you to add pressure by tightening your grip.

Washing this is simple. All you need to do is apply some mild soap or toy cleaner, that won't degrade UR3, and rinse it out. You can turn the toy inside out, to wash it as well. I just let the toy airdry. It has a light jelly smell. I store it in a small toiletries bag, as it should be stored away from light. It's small, which makes it easy to store.

Keep in mind that UR3 is extremely porous, so this toy should be washed after each use to prevent any germs and dirt from getting inside it.

The toy is fairly good, but I personally found it to get a little dull after a while. It just stopped providing as much pleasure for me as it had in the past, which was disappointing. However, I'll still use it every now and then.
