Personally, I found this toy to be a great teaser. You can stroke yourself for quite a while, and unless you are very sensitive, should be able to resist the need to orgasm. It works best along your shaft, though you can manipulate the end to put pressure on the head if that is your desire.

The exterior is smooth and has a little handle built in to go around the back of your hand. This is coupled with grooves for your fingers to rest in in order to aid with your grip. The material is very stretchy and pliable. The interior of the Fix is filled with raised ledges that help to rub against you as you stroke yourself with it.

Overall the design is average. I prefer the second hole for air to be able to get out. I find that helps greatly during stroking as you can get a better pace and better sensations. Cleaning this toy is fairly easy. Before getting started, grip the hole and use your thumbs to turn it inside out. It is flexible enough to easily do this, just be careful to do it over a sink or toilet for any trapped lube or fluids inside. After this you can easily rinse it off in the sink and cover it with antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. The best part is that you can pat-dry it with a cloth or toilet paper before reversing it to its normal appearance. It is TPR so you could use silicone or water-based lube with it.
