This toy seems much larger once you have it in hand. A bit intimidating at first. But once hard, I rolled it up and on like a condom, making sure there was no air at the top around my head, and for an average-sized male, it fit very well. The material is stretchy and will even stay on while only slightly hard thanks to the closed end creating suction. It adds plenty of girth, but the walls are not so thick that you cannot feel anything. However, the ball support is useless if you have smaller testicles, so I ended up cutting the loop off of mine. The wife absolutely loves it.
