Net detractor
This is a case where the fit in the product photo looks so different from the fit in-person that you have to wonder if there was a manufacturing mistake. Liked the concept, but these shorts did not work at all for us.

Pros
Simple, sexy design. Comfortable materials.
Cons
Unflattering fit, did not support or enhance anything.
The last thing you want to think when putting on a new item of clothing is, "oh no. Something is really wrong here". Unfortunately that was what happened when the male half of our couple tried the Net Enhancer short. Photos are included below. Yep, we're willing to appear online in underwear looking ridiculous for the good of others, to keep you from making the same purchasing mistake. You're welcome.
To start things off on a positive note, we liked the overall design of these shorts. They keep things sexy and simple. The mesh has fairly large holes and the front pouch has no lining (that's just airbrushing in our photos), making the shorts very revealing and also very light and airy to wear. It's kind of like a midway point between wearing and not wearing underwear, but more comfortable than most thongs.
The logo in the centre of the waistband has a simple M and P (for the company name Male Power) and a crest, which we found much more tasteful than if it had said Male Power across the front.
The shorts are made of nylon spandex; the material seems strong enough that they would hold up well over many wears. However, the construction of the shorts is a little sloppy. On the inside, the netting looks to be cut unevenly where it’s sewn to the waistband. It's sewn on securely, but with jagged edges of netting above the seam. Also, there's a seam in the netting in the front of the pouch, running over the head of the penis. While the seam was not uncomfortable for a short period of wear, it would have been a nice touch to include a thin strip of solid nylon over the seam on the inside of the shorts to ensure comfort for longer wearing.
We selected size medium for these shorts, since that's what size he tends to wear, in any underwear brand he's tried. The tag on the inside of the Net Enhancer shorts confirms that they are size medium, said to fit a 32-34 inch waist.
The waistband did indeed fit his 33" waist perfectly, but it was all downhill from there. The netting is stretchy, but so loose that it hangs away from the body, like a little floaty skirt. He's of an average, fit build. It's possible that someone with larger thighs could fill these shorts out, but you would have to have massive muscle - perhaps these shorts could work on a serious bodybuilder or sprinter.
The front pouch was certainly comfortable, as the manufacturer claims, because the material is soft enough and the fit is loose. There is no support to speak of. The shorts could be considered "enhancing" in that their design draws the eye towards the groin, but there is no physical lifting or plumping of any bits!
The packaging is minimal and attractive, a small cardboard box with a picture of the item, and the shorts inside in a clear plastic bag.
The washing instructions are to machine wash the item separately, and tumble dry on low heat. I suspect the washing separately part is so that no other items catch on the netting and pull it, so you could likely wash the shorts with other laundry if they were in a delicates bag.

I just noticed that on the back of the box for these it says "Stretch net wings". So maybe the extra fabric at the sides is the "wings"? The box photo is the same as the online product photo though, i.e., no wings.
