I purchased this for my husband at his request for use in extended masturbation sessions. I went with the Mouth Full because of the inexpensive price tag as well as because it was made of silicone.

He has highly enjoyed it, his first masturbation sleeve. The toy feels very squishy and has two beaded strands embedded in it. The beads have been the only con of the masturbator, as we purchased the Mouth Full in order to extend his stamina, and the beads make the product too sensory. This will likely not be a problem for someone using this toy simply for pleasure and would in fact be a plus. The beads, I might add, are removable, but once they are removed it is difficult to get them back in, and removal seems to loosen the pouches that they are made to slip into; as a result, they often slip out of their own accord when the product is in use.

The Mouth Full is made of silicone and can easily be turned inside out for cleaning. The back end is open, and the front end has been made to look like an oversize pair of lips (the facial kind) and a tongue. These more resemble a cartoon character's features than anything a real woman would have; however, my husband and I have had some laughs with them, running them around his penis and making them talk, etc.

The product seems very durable and has not yet shown any sign of wear, other than the bead problem. It comes with a DVD compilation of scenes from porn movies, which was not to my taste but which my husband enjoyed. Even though the movie is titled Yes, I Swallow it features other sex acts than just oral.

I would recommend this to someone looking for a masturbator with a little something extra, which the beads certainly provide.
