The concept of this toy is simple; slide your rod through the top ring (the "erection band"), and place the super stretchy "baller attachment" around your scrotum. Then, push the on/off switch, and viola, instant pleasure. Well, not so much. This toy may work for some, but not others. Overall, I would say a beginner to an advanced user could figure out how to use it, but I don't think they would get much out of it either way.

The material this toy is made out of is stretchy silicone (TPR Silicone to be exact). It had a mild odor when first out of the package, but a good washing pretty much eliminated that.
