The Hot Rod Enhancer Royal is made of a rubber polymer called TPR or TPE. TPR is a semi-porous material so you should not share this toy, though I can not really imagine sharing my penis sleeve anyway.

This product is EXTREMELY stretchy and squishy. No matter what size penis you have it should be able to stretch to fit easily. If you decide you do not like it as a sex toy you could always use it as a stress ball or sling shot.

When dry the sleeve has a slightly sticky feel to it. Once it has been thoroughly lubed or wet it becomes very slippery. There were no seams to catch on or cut into me, but there were ribs on the inside and ridges on the top exterior side. I believe the ribbed interior was added to help it stay in place, though they fail miserably. The Ridges, however, were obviously added for pleasure. They are very pronounced and for the short period of time that I managed to get the enhancer to stay in place my wife seemed to enjoy the way they rubbed her G-spot.

The Hot Rod Enhancer Royal is a poorly designed product. The pronounced ridges may have help more if the material were not so soft, assuming you managed to insert the toy at all. The lack of tapering on the front end lead to the toy being constantly pushed to the base of my cock and prevented deeper penetration. The internal ribbing that was intended to hold the toy in place did not work.

This enhancer is stretchy enough to fit comfortably on any size penis, however it does have a large girth to it. This means that if you have a lot of girth already the toy may make it too large. I would not suggest trying to put it on one handed. I had to stop everything after a lot of foreplay to go and wash the enhacer off when it ended up on the floor.



I was able to stretch it to about 14 inches long, but I did not have a way to get an accurate measurement of the diameter to which it could stretch. I was able to stretch the Hot Rod Enhancer Royal over my lower arm and hand, which at the widest point of the hand is approximately 9-10 inch circumference or about 3 inches in diameter. Somewhere within 2-3 inches after that it did tear. I was not too saddened by this since I had no plans on continuing to use the enhancer.

To clean the Hot Rod Enhancer Royal all you need is soap and warm water or a toy cleaner. I received the eden wipes as my complimentary gift with a recent order and found these to work great. It is easy to clean, but a pain to dry. My suggestion is to just let it air dry and hope this little dust magnet does not pull in too much.

Since the material used will attract hair, lint, and dust better than any broom I have ever used I would suggest storing it in a plastic bag after it has fully dried. This also means it may be best if you make sure to wash it both before and after use.

The first thing I noticed about the packaging was that it was in no way discreet. It has a plastic casing with a cardboard insert picture of a mostly naked man and a drawing an erect penis with the sleeve on. Across the top are written the words "Bigger and Better Hot Rod Enhancer" with the Califoria Exotic logo just beneath. The product itself is displayed through a clear plastic window. Only a blind person would not be able to tell what this is with no ore than a quick glance.


The back includes the same imagery as well as the upc and website info. Comically there is also a translation box on the back to tell you what the product is in multiple languages.
