Honestly, using a Fleshlight is pretty simple. Lube up your cock with your favorite water based lubricant (they provide a sample if you don’t have any), put it in the sleeve (make sure you remove the shipping cylinder from inside if there is one), stroke it as fast or as slow as you want until you’re finished and then clean up. The cap on the non-business end can also be unscrewed to adjust the amount of suction. I’ve yet to meet a Fleshlight that couldn’t get the job done, but they are definitely not all created equal.
