Minimal Gyration, Some Sensations

If you're looking for something large and easy to use during sex, this is it right here. The buzzier vibrations aren't going to please everybody and may cause some numbness, but others may love it. Overall, it's a solid toy and the fact that the ring is silicone is pretty sweet.

Use

The best way to use this is while having sex. Wait, you knew that already? Ok then, I'm temporarily done stating the obvious for you.

It's designed to be worn around a penis, and can be done by a flesh penis or a substitute with a harness. It's a bit on the bulky side, and not the best for couples who like being able to try and forget about the toy in between them. Aside from that it's easy enough to figure out and easy enough to use, so just about everybody can use it.

Material / Texture

The box and the product page both bill this as silicone, and a flame test confirms it. It doesn't have a lot of drag to it when you touch it, and surprisingly isn't a lint magnet either. The ring itself has some stretch to it, but is still pretty firm as well. There wasn't much of a smell, but I do admit I didn't taste it.

The bullet is made of plastic and is hard, smooth, and shiny.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The design is simple; ring goes around penis, bullet sits at the top to stimulate the female. The ring itself is about 2 1/2" across the outside, with the initial inside diameter (the part that really counts) being about 3/4" with the flaps down, 1 1/2" with the flaps moved, and stretches up to about 2 1/2", although at that point it may be a little tight. At the very top of that is a large envelops, for lack of better wording, that the large bullet goes into. The bullet itself is about 2 1/4" tall and flares from 4" around at the uncorded end to about 3 1/2" around towards the end with the cord.

My husband is on the smaller side of average, and found it to be comfortable but not restrictive at all. It was easy to put on and take off.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The corded bullet runs on two AA batteries and provides a relatively decent amount of vibration for the power it has. At least to the hand. When we were actually using it I felt like it was a lot stronger on my hand than on my vagina. At first I went with it, but it started making my clit feel numb, so I was only able to use it for a few minutes at a time before getting frustrated and moving on to something else. It wasn't super loud either, but I'd still recommend turning on a radio or TV and shutting the door.

It is easy to use though, for those who like vibrations that might normally make other women numb. There's an on/off button on the top of the remote, and the underside has a trigger that takes you through the various settings. It's mostly a series of pulses, but there are also three solid settings as well at the end. Something that bothered me some that will probably bother other people is that the solid settings went high-medium-low then right back to the pulse at the beginning, so if you want to move up in intensity your only option is to click all the way back through and hope you don't miss it.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning should be relatively easy. First, remove the ring from the penis. Then remove the bullet from the sleeve. Wash the sleeve thoroughly in warm soapy water and dry off. Carefully wipe the bullet off. Store. Tada!

Because the ring is made of silicone, you should do a spot test to figure out if the silicone based lube you may want to use is compatible with it. Otherwise, any water based lube will work.

You can store it in a plastic bag in a drawer, or back in the box it came in.

Packaging

The packaging is certainly not discreet, but not overly tacky either. It'd be right at home in the back of a Spencers or on the shelf in an adult store. It tells you that it has ten functions, the memory chip resumes on the last function, and a few other interesting bits of information. It's colorful, obvious, and lacking in real instructions; opting instead for the ever awesome generic battery insertion instruction sheet.

Experience

I'm always up for trying new things and I've had pretty good luck with things like this in the past. Unfortunately, I just don't like this one, even though it has lots of potential. I do like that it's actually silicone, but the bullet just does nothing for me. It's buzzy and makes me numb, which frustrates me, because it takes even longer to get off once I give up and switch to something else instead. It's not really a bad toy, but it's something that I have a hard time rating because I have others that I like so much better. In the end I'd like to give it 3 1/2, but I'll bump it up to 4 because it does everything it says it will, it's just nothing spectacular.
