This toy is designed for sucking and stimulating the head of a penis. The hard plastic thing houses the sucking motor and controls. When powered on, all 3 buttons light up. When charging, the lights will flash until fully charged. On the tube thing that goes over the penis is a sleeve with nubs and ribs inside.

The HQ penis head auto pump only sucks air from the sleeve. The sleeve does not move. There are 7 modes/patterns of sucking action.

The penis head sleeve is made of TPR. It is soft but does not have the "Fleshlight" or "pussy" sleeve thick cushy feel.
Since the penis head unit doesn't move, you would have to stroke it yourself. While stroking you won't feel any sensation unless your penis is thick enough to make a strong seal. The only thing this does is suck.

Unfortunately, while the motor was sucking the air out, I didn't feel any stimulation. I also didn't feel much as I was stroking. Definitely not like my Happy Cup Pussy and Mouth masturbator.

The tube is sized for a flaccid or semi-flaccid 1 3/4"s thick. If you are smaller or bigger, this won't work for you. To get an adequate sucking, your glans need to make a seal. The tube itself is hard plastic so if you are over 1 3/4"s thick your head will not get in.

The suction modes start slow. I didn't feel much until the last 4 settings. I actually didn't feel much stimulation until the latter modes. The fast pace is definitely better. The control unit is not waterproof, and the tube is not long enough to use in a bathtub. I think this is best used in bed lying down. Although in a shower, you can stroke yourself while it's sucking. The control unit can get wet but is not submergible.

This is USB rechargeable. It charges very quickly. The sleeve comes off and can be turned inside out for thorough cleaning. It should be used only with water-based lube since made of tpr.
