Masterfully finished ring
As my first metal cock ring, I quite like the Master. It is comfortable in use, as well as durable and easy to care for. The design is simple and elegant; the brushed finish makes this an understated but sophisticated piece of cock jewelry. That said, the packaging does not match the quality of the product. The included storage bag sheds on the otherwise pristine finish of the ring within and instructions are not included, though links to them can be found within this review.

Pros
High quality material, well finished, comfortable
Cons
Throwaway bag, not packaged with instructions
The Master is a model of metal cock rings sold by Gear Essentials, a company specializing in "intimate male apparel" for the "discriminating customer." Milled from stainless steel in Minnesota, the Master is available with a mirrored polished finish or a brushed finish. The Master is available in 1/8" increments from 1 3/4" to 2 1/8" internal diameter, though Eden currently stocks only the middle two sizes, the 1 7/8" and the 2" models. The Master is a heftier cock ring than most, and is the third heaviest model available from Gear Essentials. This review is of the 2" diameter Master in the brushed finish.
The Master is packaged in a simple black drawstring bag, with a sticker denoting the ring's model and size. The bag is nylon on the inside with a velvety backing on the outside; it is not padded. The bag material sheds excessively and leaves a coating of velvet dust on the cock ring when it is removed from the bag. I would recommend discarding the bag, unless you really need a discreet storage pouch. No instructions are included with the cock ring, though they can be found on Gear Essentials website in the FAQ section. Though Gear Essentials likely caters to experienced customers (who may not need instructions) through their direct webstore, it would seem prudent to include instruction with the packaging for products that are distributed to re-sellers with a broader audience, such as Eden. If the instructions on the previous link need further embellishment, there is a blog post (NSFW) that provides additional hints and an in-use example. The previous link details how taking a shower can help with those who have trouble getting their balls though the ring. Please note that the Master is a cock and balls style ring that is mean to be worn around the penis while behind the scrotum. The Master will not work as a cock-only ring the way super stretchy disposable rings do.
Holding the Master in hand, one notices its substantial weight, 212 grams (~7.5 ounces) as measured on my kitchen balance. The finish on the metal is perfectly smooth, with no seams, nicks, burrs, or discoloration. The ring is flat on its inner and outer circumference, as well as its leading and tailing ends, with rounded corners to make it more comfortable. In practice the pressure of the ring when worn is well distributed, with no pinching or otherwise sharp sensations. The inner corners of the ring are chamfered at different angles on the two sides, though in use I couldn't tell the difference; still, any excuse to try out a cock ring an extra time is a good one.
With its stainless steel construction, the Master is easily cared for. Any lubes may be used with the Master, though keep in mind compatiblity with other materials used in your session; for example, don't use an oil-based lubricant if you plan to wear your cockring under your new latex singlet. The Master is easily cleaned, with soap and water for a quick cleanup; boil, bleach, or dishwasher the Master for a more thorough clean. Just keep the Master safe from abrasive cleaning products/implements.
If you are unfamiliar with using firm (such as metal) cock rings, please take some time to read up on sizing. Gear Essential guide to measuring can be found here. There are a lot of disclaimers that go along with cock rings, as they are a device intended to restrict bloodflow, to an extent. Having too small of a ring (too constricted) is ill-advised and wearing any ring for too long can also be problematic. Cock rings shouldn't be used if you aren't in good health; if you have concerns about safety, your physician is the person best qualified to give advice.

Experience
I've been using cock rings on occasion for about two years. Having started with the stretchy kind, I worked up to thicker and more rigid rings, eventually to a firm silicone ring. The Master is my first metal ring. I quite enjoy the mass and cool sensation of the metal, along with the firm results. I would consider myself to be of medium girth when erect (~1 1/2" diameter), and found the 2" size (which measures exactly 2" in internal diameter) to be perfect for me. The rock hard feeling while wearing the ring is nice, and it certainly accentuates the veiny cock appearance. I also appreciate the forward push it gives my package when not erect.
