Anyone should try this! If you love cocks but have not tried a dual design, this is a cheap way to try. Want to have a larger, harder, long lasting cock? The Sapphire Magnum does not disappoint. This is a cheap product that we will totally buy again if this one breaks. It is made well and doesn't seem like that is going to happen anytime soon. It's even made of a much better material than jelly or rubber and has a low smell. I could do without the heart pattern, but it is easily ignored.

Cons
Will pull pubic hair if you have any, Can be hard to take off
My partner and I experimented with a lot of different cock rings last year and most of this year. We went through over a dozen designs. He enjoyed the dual cock and balls types best. He was actually surprised by liking them so much since he started off thinking that those types of devices look like torture. The Sapphire Magnum Ring is one of those. Don't let the bright blue color fool you. This dual cock ring means business and is very effective. The price might fool you too. This product is very strong and durable and does what it should - make the penis bigger, harder, and prolong ejaculation. For my partner, he likes the "held" feeling the bottom part of the dual cock ring provides for his balls. This item is tight fitting, but it doesn't hurt because of the large band. It should fit many people since my partner is on the larger side of the penis spectrum. If you like cock rings but have not tried a dual design yet, this is a very affordable way to find out if you like these too. Plus, it looks hot! You don't need a partner to use this either. It can intensify solo orgasms, as well.
Sapphire Magnum is made of TPE. It is a rubber blend that is treated to be free of latex, phthalates, and is also hypo-allergenic. At first glance and feel it mimics jelly like materials, but if you start to stretch and manipulate it it is easy to see that TPE is much more resilient. When jelly stretches it begins to cloud, not with TPE. It also holds its shape much better and is a lot less likely to tear or break down. The material is stretchy, but it requires effort to stretch it far. TPE is somewhat porous, so due to this design it really shouldn't be shared. A condom can't really be used. Even though the material is not sticky, it does have a lot of drag and requires lubricant to prevent chaffing or pulling of pubic hair. The great thing about TPE is that is has a very low smell and this particular item's smell is not a chemical one. It simply smells clean.
The Sapphire Magnum Ring has two parts. The first is the actually cock ring. The tube shape of it reminds me of those enemies from Mario that shoot eggs out of their mouths... or is it noses? Anyway, it is a tube like shape that is very thick. It measures 1 1/4" across at the widest point in the middle. The unstretched opening and exit are 5/8 of an inch. this looks small, but it totally stretches. The tube is 1 5/8" long and will cover a bit less than that much space on the base of the penis when it is stretched out. It starts out as 1/8" thick and gets thicker in the center of the tube. This is not flimsy at all. You might expect that from a stretchy material or one of this price, but it totally holds up to lots of stretching even when it is around large girths. This portion of the cock ring will fit any length of guy (unless you are shorter than about 2"...). Are far as girth goes, it for sure will fit around 6" of girthy cockness. I'd imagine that it would fit a bit larger than that as well. As mentioned earlier, this IS tight. BUT, due to the band being so wide it doesn't cut into you, instead disperses the pressure over a larger area, effectively doing the job it needs to.
The second part of the cock ring is designed to go around the scrotum and hold the balls up. It connects on the underside of the tube in the center. This part could be described as a more traditional looking cock ring but it has a lot more flex. It is a rounded ring and is 3/8" thick when unstretched. in the center of the ring are size very raised nubs. There really is no purpose to these that we could find. They do make it look a little more hardcore though, especially since the other part of this cock ring has a raised heart pattern! When I received mine, it was not completely round. It still isn't, but it doesn't matter if it gets a little misshapen. This part of the cock ring will likely fit everyone but those who have gigantic balls.
Due to the color, somewhat unusual design and heart pattern, I don't think most people would know what this is. Is it fairly small and can easily be tucked away or traveled with.
I must admit that it takes two people to get this thing on. I can't imagine a guy, at least not one with a larger penis like my partner, being able to get this on by themselves without a lot of pain, pulled hair, or time. My partner had to hold his erect penis (you absolutely have to be erect) while I pulled open the tube part of the cock ring. Carefully, he navigated through the ring so I can could place it at the base of his penis. Be careful to try to make sure the ball ring in directly below and situated in the center. It is very hard to adjust once it is on. After the tube is in place, it is pretty easy to stretch the ball ring over the scrotum.
Almost instantly, my boyfriend's already raging hard cock got even harder and the head became more pronounced. It makes my clit swell just thinking about it! He described the fit as tight but still comfortable, and it was not painful. The nubs on the ball ring were a bit annoying at first, but he quickly forgot about them. I enjoyed the even larger and harder head of my partner as he was able to bring me to multiple g-spot orgasms...a hard task at times. Even without cock rings, my partner and I have little difficulty making sex sessions last a few hours by switching things up, teasing etc. But with the cock ring, we can have less "cooling off" periods and I can really take my time finishing from him and him alone without the addition of him playing with my nipples, toy additions, etc. When my partner finally did finish, he said his orgasm was very strong. (NOTE: It is not recommended that you wear an item like this for more than a half an hour at a time. If pain starts, take it off immediately.)
It was a lot harder taking this off than it was putting it on. The ball part comes off easily, but the now even more stretched cock ring is hard to stretch further without pricking my partner with nails or pinching with skin. With a bit of patience and a few curses, we succeed.
TPE is easy to take care of. It can be washed with warm water and soap. It doesn't retain smells much, so you can use a fragranced soap. Any kind of lubricant can be used with this as well. Silicone or water based work just fine. Store it in a cool dry place away from similar materials. They can melt together. It also picks up print, so don't place it on a book or newspaper.
DO NOT put this over a condom. The friction can cause the condom to break. If you need to use a condom, put the cock rings on first and then the condom.
The packaging is pretty typical of Cal Exotic products of this price. It's over sized for the cock ring and a cardboard box. The ring comes sealed in a plastic bag inside the box. The box has pictures of the item on it, so it is not discreet. It has a little bit of information about the material, purpose of the product, and how it fits. It's not the best for storage because it gets easily smashed and is too big. I store my Magnum in a ziplock bag.

Follow-up commentaryI still like it1 month after original review
We haven't used the Sapphire Magnum Ring much, but that's just fine by me because it is so cheap. I've recommended it to many who are first time users of dual rings and I have heard no complaints. The material is holding up well and the coloring and clearness has not clouded much at all. It's a solid purchase.
