The toy is used by hand, or possibly hand free if taped or wedged into a corner, but is regardless easy to use. Because the shell is smooth, and no grip is molded into the plastic it can be more difficult to use, but this isn't much of an issue. It works much better if living alone, or with an aware partner because of cleanup that may be required. The toy works just as well as any flashlight I found, although those with full fleshlights should take note that this sleeve is smaller and can't fit in the other cases.
The toy is simplistic to use, and can be easily adjusted to take a long or short time, just by how deep you push and how quick you go. So overall, it could work in a pinch for a quickly, or more extended session.

The can itself is generic hard plastic. I didn't find any indication of what type. It's covered with a mostly waterproof sticker that stays on fairly well, and can get wet without coming off. The sleeve itself is fleshlight's patented Superskin material, phthalates and latex free. It feels realistically smooth when covered in powder properly, although not when wet. It's possible to say that it's realistically soft, but no one is that sort of homogenous squishy with a hard plastic edge on the outside, so I wouldn't say it's realistic, the hard lumps are just in the wrong place. There isn't any small scale texture that you would feel with a real person. Both of these don't affect how it feels in use though. There is somewhat of a smell I thought, but it wasn't really noticeable unless mold starts to grow.

On the outside there is the not terribly enticing model that can be seen in the preview images, in the sort of pink that you would normally only expect in a cartoon. But a lot of guys are going to be using the internet to get riled up anyways, any you can't see any of that while using the toy normally.
Internally the toy works fine. It's not as stimulating as other fleshlight models, especially the ones that have mini daggers and such inside, but this also means it's not going to rub anything raw. If new to the line this would be a good one to start with: it's less expensive and in the middle stimulation wise. As mentioned later in more detail, if the material isn't powdered it gets sticky and becomes hard to handle. Also the features start to stick together and smudge themselves out

The can overall dimensions; at least with how I measured is around 7.5" (19.5 cm) by 3" (7.5 cm) diameter. The sleeve itself stretches, so size is somewhat relative, inside the can though the sleeve occupies most of the container at around 7" (18 cm) long. The actual useable length is less than that, since you can start to tell the end is near when about half an inch or so from the back of the sleeve; less suctions sometimes, or somewhat looser fit, and since the lips protrude maybe half an inch - nice effect in the beginning but not useful throughout.

The size is fairly convenient for storage; most drawers can probably fit it, but it's not something I would pack into a light travel bag. It's small, but mostly in comparison with other masturbators of similar make. Regardless, as long as people aren't snooping it should be straight forward to hide. And if you don't want people to know what it is you would want to hide it. The toy doesn't scream sex toy with the somewhat beer canned shape and logo, but it's larger than a typical beer can, is fairly obviously made of plastic if you look at it (there's shimmery gold plastic, but molded plastic nevertheless) and it does have the "Sex in a Can" logo on the side, although the logo is only half an inch high. So if people will only be glancing into the room when it's dark, the can could be left out perhaps. If people are going to be entering the room and actually looking at things I would put it away.

Internally the size I found was just fine. The material is pretty stretchy, so it can accommodate a fair amount, although if you're much larger than the elusive average it may be worth it. The toy would be snug for average, but tight for anyone over probably 1.5" diameter, but that's only approximate.

The toy works decently, it feels really good in the beginning, and while I wouldn't say it feels like the real thing, it doesn't matter much when you're using it. The internal texture was perfect for me; it's smooth and not very aggressive but can be felt without difficulty. The lotus bulbs aren't terribly noticeable except when moving slowly. But comfortable and feel good.

The little flap near the beginning feels really good too; it gives a little pop when going in and out that really hits the spot. The flared opening is very useful since when the toy is lubed up it's easy to pop out and miss on the way back in. This helps prevent anything bad from happening. The suction isn't very useful, it's mostly on or off, and hard to change while in use. And depending on how much lube is in the tube the suction can be very large - large enough to suck the sleeve right into the can (which is a pain).
I found that the toy wasn't pleasant to use all the way to the end. It feels really good, but once ejaculated it mostly becomes annoying, and prevented me from really being satisfied. I normally don't ever use it anymore because of this. Overall it makes the experience less pleasant.

It can work with water. The toy itself doesn't have any vulnerabilies to water except that water based lubes must be used. In the shower this isn't a problem, but it probably would be in the tub where the lube would wash away.

Taking care of the toy can be a pain. If it was just rinse and dry it wouldn't be a problem, but rinsing it out can be a challenge since everything sticks to the sleeve. Because the toy is non-porous most of the time additional soap isn't required, which is good since soaps and detergents can't be used with it, however it would be a good idea to use a toy cleaner or as they suggest, isopropyl alcohol. But just washing it isn't the end of it, since the toy has to dry or start to mold. This means leaving it out with both caps off somewhere where the air circulates. Once dry it should also be powdered. This isn't required, but in my mind it is necessary. If no powder (cornstarch) is used the toy gets really gummy, and almost seams together after a while. It also becomes more difficult to take it in and out of the can. Only the visual face needs it, but essentially it's the parts that will be squeezed together without lube present that you have to worry about. I personally found the procedure to be a pain, especially since dry the inside can take a while.

Note that only water soluble lube should be used with the toy. This also means however that some of this hassle can be avoided by just using it to get started and finishing up some other way, then a quick rinse keeps it clean and fresh.
