After charging, my partner and I decided to try it out. It was confusing at first which direction the ring should go on, but it worked either direction. The ring itself is not too tight. Over the penis itself it feels moderately tight, not very noticeable. Over the penis and the testicles it was tighter. This causes the penis to swell and feel larger with wear. The ring was comfortable to wear.
