This is a penis pump used to draw blood into the penis in order to increase erection size and rigidity. This product comes with the normal sleeve to seal in air. But it also comes with a textured sleeve to be used for manual stimulation.

This is made out of plastic and TPR silicone for the sleeves (so don't use silicone lube, best to use water-based). Dimension-wise, it is as advertised. Though if you are over 8 inches, you will likely hit the top of the chamber. It comes with 2 sleeves, one textured and longer for stimulation, the other for a tighter seal and with little tabs to help keep blood in the penis.

The pump is a cylinder with a tube coming off the top that is attached to a quick release valve (very handy!) and measures about 9 inches tall with metric and imperial measurements on the side. It is a smokey grey so you can see inside with a bit of a tint. It fits my cock alright, though I hit the top of the cylinder, so there is not much room for growing in length, just girth. This overall, is great for a beginner and was named pump of the year by the penis pump association (not sure of the official title).

The pump is meant to draw blood into the penis to increase length, girth, and rigidity. This has been interesting. It hasn't been as fun as I imagined, which is disappointing. The toy also arrived with a sizeable tear in the pleasure sleeve. This doesn't hinder use as of now, but will likely keep tearing until the sleeve is unusable as it won't create a seal.
