Interesting but flawed
I wanted to like this toy and think a 2.0 or a redesign would be way better.
This toy would work for those who meet the penis parameters, but for those who don't it's just not worth the hassle.

Like sticking your dick in a extra thick donut, sounded Like a good idea but... Different stokes for different folks... let me explain
Ok I really wanted this hand stroker to work as I find toys for guys are hard to find and to be perfectly honestly I thought it maybe a good fellatio aid.(more on that later)
The stroker is intended to be a male masturbatory aid with easy use, the penis slide inside the black cylinder and there is a sleeve with in and two mechanical arms inside that slide the silicone sleeve back and forth while providing stimulation with two small vibrating bullets within the sleeve.
The length of the cylinder measure at 4 1/2" from end to end with the sleeve inserted, and one can move the stoker to where they like on their penis for stimulation(providing they have the clearance).
The sleeve comes out and should be handled with care as the bullets are wired to the handle and must be squeezed out of the silicone in order to wash the sleeve, Which must be done as the friction will cause material to rub off on the sleeve(see photo). This also makes me question the reliability of the product, as one must use a gentle touch (rim shot) with the wires, and I feel like that should not be left up to most consumers as it can easily cause a problem.
The ergonomics are also a bit odd, think of how men masturbate. The way they grab their penis and the angle of the wrist and hand, like grabbing a thermos or a coffee cup by the cup, not imagine adding a bike handle on the thermos or coffee cup... weird right. Even for me using it, I found it odd (see experience). The handles should be removed are changed to more of a coffee must or bass knuckles.
The functions and options are great, but here is where I find there are the most problems and the issue and if this stroker works for you... Your penis.
This toy it seems works well if your penis is slimmer and had less of a curve as it will jam up the motor slowing it down or completely putting it to a halt.
If you're on the slimmer side and not curved, this toy will problem be great and be worth the buy but motor and internal mechanism choke out on bigger curve boys.

Experience
Ok so I bought this with the hopes of using the for fellatio I thought It would be interesting and fun as the penis stick out the other side(donut).
But as my partner is on the bigger side, the toy just didn't work for us. His girth cause the toy to choke and his penis curves up like toward his belly button, so I would have to "straighten his penis" in order to get the toy to move better. Which depending on one the guy may not be comfortable.
Also, the sleeve just wouldn't stay in place and kept falling off the track.
Using the handle is odd, and I would prefer to grab the cylinder rather than the handle because I would need to position my body in such a way where I could extend my are or my wrist would be uncomfortable after a while.
I did have my partner use it solo, and he said he would not bother with it if I didn't ask him, it was "awkward and not fun or worth the effort"
If you have to focus on the position of the toy, you may not get off or enjoy your section.
But if the partner had the length and is not on the thick side, this has potential to be fun for couples

Follow-up commentary
4 months after original review
My partner didn't use it on his own, I got it to try again just for the review, and still a miss. This maybe a good toy for a smaller penis but a miss for large ones.
