The pump functions and works as described. I ran into the issue that my head just will not squeeze into the cylinder. I read a different review in which the reviewer had the opposite problem. So you should take some flaccid and erect measurements before selecting this toy.

It does have seven different pumping modes, with various patterns of short, medium and long sucks. This pump has ample suction power. The air release valve worked good, when the suction peaks in intensity and you want a break. We actually used this on my partners labia minora because it fit her much better than it fit me.
