If you must steal, steal from the best
The resemblance is uncanny. This is effectively a low cost fleshlight, which I mean in the best way. The materials are not quite as good, but it provides a quality experience that stands out among the rank and file. A solid addition to any collection.

Pros
The grip is sure and the sensation is intense. The entry hole is slotted, which is a big deal.
Cons
Its a bit too firm, and the back hole tends to leak.
What we have here is clearly the new, post Fleshlight generation of products. It is well designed, and superior in every way to many of the masturbators on the market. It falls short of perfection, but it represents a great step in the right direction.
The first thing that I noticed about the sure grip was just how sure the grip really was. It is made out of two different layers of thermoplastic rubber. The outer layer surrounds the grip portion, and is firm enough to grip well and encase the inner layer very well. The inner layer is more supple, and is a pleasing pink color. It is slightly more firm than what Fleshlight uses, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I always found the fleshlight to be a bit floppy. As with all thermoplastic rubber, use only water soluble lube and give it a thorough wash with a bit of rubbing alcohol if you plan on sharing. For the most part, a simple rinsing is sufficient to clean it out.
The obvious comparison that can be drawn is between this and the super ribbed fleshlight. It really seems like the industry is starting to learn from example. The inside layer has very fine ribbing, which gives it an intense sensation. It can honestly be a bit too much. I was glad to see that they addressed the problem of the entry hole being way too tight. They added two slits that work wonders for giving it a more realistic feeling. With the outer layer, it can be a bit too tight, but not overly so. I wasn’t bothered by it, but I think I’ll enjoy it more after it’s broken in a little.
My only real gripe is with the small hole at the back end. This is to let air through, preventing a strong suction effect. It also helps with routine cleaning. Unfortunately, the hole is prone to leakage. Its not too bad with lube, but not so good with semen. The last thing that I want to be concerned with is holding it at the right angle to prevent making a mess. It’s not a deal breaker, but I can’t say that I’m happy about it.
Overall, this is a quality toy. The main difference between this and higher end products is the materials. It feels a bit lower quality, but not by much. The hole in the back is a problem, but not a unique one. On the up side, it is cheaper than the toys that it aspires too. If you’re looking for a solid toy, or don’t want to spring for the name brand, this is a good alternative.

Follow-up commentary

This is not a bad product, but it just doesn't hold up like the products that its trying to imitate. This is a poor man's fleshlight, and it fails to perform in the long run. You're better off spending a little extra to get the name brand.
