If Only
The cock ring was a cheap disappointment. However, the dual bullets and design of the controller pack put the fun in functional.

Pros
‘Click’ design of the controller is brilliant.
Cons
Cheap construction, cock ring has a poor design.
The Climax Clicks Two Hearts Cock Ring presents an interesting yet ineffective design.
The problem with this thick absurdly large cock ring, is that it gets in the way of being able to have sex. It prevents deep thrusting, and keeps partners at a distance. At 6 1/2" long and nearly 3" tall when you slide the dual bullets into their corresponding slots, this ring becomes more problematic than pleasurable.
The cock ring itself is thick which aids in keeping a firm erection. But due to the heart on one side and the sun on the other, these large rubbery shapes quickly become nuisances. When adding the dual bullets they cause the ring to become heavy and a general pain in the ass to manipulate, because the cord attaching the bullets to one another is too short.
However have hope, because there is light at the end of the tunnel. While there is no saving grace for the cock ring, the controller pack for the bullets is in a class of its own. This is by far the best design I've ever found for a power pack.
A simple on/off button is placed in the middle of the no-slip grip controller, and under the handle lies the controls. To shift through various patterns of vibrations, you simply click the clear piece of plastic underneath the handle. No dials, no switches, no buttons; friggin brilliant. While the clicker is nothing more than cheap plastic, and may not hold up for more than a few months, it's amusing and I like it.
There are 7 virtually silent modes, and while they mostly consist of continual vibration patterns, there are some real gems among them. One pattern that is both strong and pulses slowly, on and off, is by far the best setting these dual bullets have to offer.
The bullets are lightweight and made out of a very slick plastic. A change compared to the sticky, tacky, TPR of the cock ring. They're waterproof which is an additional plus. The controller is waterproof as well, and requires only 2 AAA batteries to operate; which are already supplied.
Unfortunately, after only two uses I am only able to enjoy only one of the bullets due to the fact the other broke. Nothing preempted its breakdown; it just stopped working one day. My fear is because the cord between the bullets is so short, I may have pulled one too far apart from the other and, it shorted out or internal wiring came loose.
While the cock ring offers a hygienic, phthalates free composite; its construction is cheap. With breaking bullets, cheap plastic, and a poorly designed cock ring, this is a major disappointment from Topco; something that probably should have been shelved instead of marketed.
