You place your lubed, limp penis into the cylinder and pump away until you get an erection. Many use these to re-create the feelings of getting a blow job. You have 4 parts; the hand bulb pump, the cylinder, the rubber cylinder sleeve, and a erection enhancer ring. Directions are included on how to put it together. Really all you need is to look at the pictures on the box. This can be used for masturbation by your self or with a partner. I would not suggest sharing this with someone else, as some parts are not easy to clean.

The bulb and sleeve are made of rubber. It is not the safest material, but you are not inserting it inside of you either. Your penis only comes into contact with the sleeve and cylinder. The cylinder is made of hard plastic. There is no give in the cylinder. The erection enhancer ring is made from some type of rubber. It feels different than the rubber of the sleeve. It could be some type of composite, but there is no info included with the pump or online. The cylinder, cylinder sleeve, and erection ring are easy to clean. The pump can pose as a problem. You do not want to get liquid into the bulb, it could cause some parts to rust and quit working.

The cylinder is about 8 inches tall by about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. If you are a little on the longer side, this might be too short for you to insert your whole penis into. The pump pulls your penis in with each pump. If you "bottom out" before the base of the cylinder is aginst your body, it would cause some pain to your penis. The tube between the top of the cylinder and the pump bulb is 9 inches long. The bulb is 4 inches long by about a 2 inch diameter. The bulb has a quick release botton to release pressure in the cylinder. I believe that this will fit most guys just fine. If you are extra large, I would look at pumps made for larger guys.

This is pretty easy to clean with some soap and warm water at the sink. It comes apart for easy cleaning. The only part that you can't keep clean is the pump bulb. There is metal in the bulb, so any moisture would cause some rust issues. Seeing that it is a bulb, I don't know how much would get in it that you would need to worry about cleaning before sharing with someone else. It is something to think about if you are thinking about sharing this. After cleaning, just dry well and either put back in its box or in your toy drawer and it's ready to go the next time. I have used it with water based and silicone lube without a problem.

This is the third pump I have used. The first two being free toys with my orders. This has been the best one yet, but it is still lacking in a few areas. It would be nicer if it was a bit longer. The head of my penis will hit the top of the cylinder about half of the time. When it hits, it causes a little pain. I also wish there was a pressure gauge to show you the negative pressure in the cylinder. The sleeve is the weakest part of this pump. It comes with a criss cross slit in the narrow top, and gets bigger as you get closer to the base. I found out the hard way that you need to cut off about 1-2 inches off the top of the sleeve. I had a hard time pulling my penis out of the criss cross opening. After I cut off an inch, it was a lot easier to pull myself out. I used this pump for masturbation, not erection help. I could only use it for 2-3 minutes before it would start causing me pain. This is not nearly enough time to reach orgasm, and the erection ring is pretty much useless. It pulls your hair and is way too tight. This pump sees alot of my closet. I do not bring it out very often. It has been about 8 months since we used it last. I am torn between keeping it and trashing it.
