How many uses can you come up with?
This toy is well worth the money! It's especially great if you're creative or if you just want to try an extension out to see if it's for you! While it wasn't a fabulous extension for us, it did make for an adventure in toy modification, and ended up showing us what types of extension toys we DID enjoy!

Pros
Realistic sensation, Fits anyone, Multiple uses
Cons
Small head, thin material, easily damaged
First things first... this toy is SUPPOSED to be a penis extension, and yes, it DOES work for that. It's been a while since we purchased this one, so over time, we've gotten creative! We started trying extensions a few years ago, and progressed into different sizes and thicknesses (and techniques) just to switch things up a bit.
Like most of the other reviews mention, the head on this particular extension is a bit, how shall we say, "on the wee side." It's about as big around as a quarter, but if you're on the smaller side, just below average, or using on a vibrator, it won't make a difference anyway. If your guy is a little bit thick, then one of the larger extenders may be an easier choice, although nearly all of those are the "extra thick" versions (I couldn't find any to add to similar items on this site, however).
Since we were playing with different sizes and types, this poor toy ended up going through several "modifications" in it's life (see our experience below). I will say that although we take care of our toys a little better than the average toy user (each has it's own white flour-sack-type towel that it's stored wrapped in after cleaning), the thinness of the toy was it's major downfall for extension use. It DID thicken him up, nothing extreme since it's super-stretchy, but not enough to imagine that it was someone different.
Cleaning of this toy was much like any other CyberSkin product. Wash, rinse, dry, then powder (we use corn starch instead of the included talc to make sure we don't come into contact with anything we don't need to). CyberSkin products have reactions to most silicone lubes, but we learned from experience that a refined silicone (such as dimethicone) won't harm it or turn it sticky. I don't recall using any dimethicone with this particular toy, but if we'd had it on hand, I'm sure we would have. System Jo H2O and Sliquid were most likely the two that were used with this one over time.
The toy didn't have any noticeable scent to it, and as you'll understand after reading our experience with it, it also didn't have any foul taste to it, either. The toy, when lubed, DOES make a sloshy/squish sound though - much like amplified sounds of a VERY sloppy sexual experience - so be forewarned!

Experience
So - our experience isn't "average," or at least, I wouldn't consider it an average experience. We tend to try to make our toys last (or work) as long as humanly possible, simply to see what can be done with them. While MOST toys are powered and end up dying over a period of time, softer toys tend to disintegrate or turn sticky. We haven't had this issue with this particular toy, and although it's been gone well over a year now, we got at LEAST a good year or more of use out of this one in it's varying forms - making it unbelievably affordable for a toy of any kind, especially so for one this thin and delicate!
With the head being an odd size (and since we had others, mentioned above), we decided to "make it" into a vibrating version, but throwing a vibrating piece from a now-otherwise damaged cockring. We folded it "inside-out" and cut an x-shape into the interior of the head and stuffed the little vibrator inside. That was fun for a bit... but gave us other ideas! Since the bullet changed the shape of the head, it also made it a bit wider, and since he could feel the vibe inside, we took it out and tried again without it. The modification made the head a bit larger, but now the shape was off a bit. He complained about lack of sensation, as well.
We tried a few other things, like different types of lube INSIDE the toy for him... and it made it more realistic, but then we had slippage problems, so we cut a bit of a cross-ways slit near the base and stretched it around his scrotum. PROBLEM SOLVED!... that is, until the slit eventually became a large gash and the toy started to deteriorate. No fear, since we had others, we decided another modification was necessary to keep the toy in play - we lopped the head off and cut the damaged part off and WHAM! INSTANT STROKER!
Since it was now no longer considered (in any way, shape, nor form) an "extension," it became a totally different type of fun. I could use it on him because my hand was small enough to wrap around it and him together (where most ACTUAL strokers, it wouldn't have been possible, especially if lube got on my hand!). I can also double it up on itself, which he says makes it feel "tighter" - and since it's shorter this way, I can fellate him simultaneously without having an issue running into it due to length!

Follow-up commentary
28 months after original review
While I no longer have the toy (it's LONG gone!), I still think it was one of the best toys with numerous uses! I still fully believe in the modifications we made to it and think that since that time, modifications have been made to the toy and similar toys to correct those issues (such as the Tommy Gunn Power Suction Penis Extension, the CyberSkin Cock Booster, and even the Vibrating Transformer Penis Extensions in their varying sizes and thicknesses). In simply trying something new, with this being the least expensive of the different CyberSkin extensions, I'd fully endorse picking one up if you're not sure if it's really for you and your partner - and upgrade after if you decide that it is!
