Functionally this works just like any other penis pump. It has a ball pump and a valve release leading to your penis sleeve. The sleeve looks like it's made of metal but it's made of a hard plastic like most pumps. While made for your penis it also has some use as a nipple and clit suction device. I'm of average length and above average thickness, and my penis managed to fit in the pump and grow erect just fine. As with any other penis pump you want to take caution and never pump too liberally, for fear of tissue damage. However used properly it does give you enhanced erections that last during sex.

The sleeve itself is made from a hard plastic. As a result it is free of phthalates and latex. It is also hypoallergenic. It comes with a little rubber sleeve on the inside of the actual plastic sleeve. The air conduit and ball pump are made of a durable rubber and the release valve button is plastic. The plastic is not really transparent as are most plastic penis pumps so it is difficult to see your penis inside the pump. 

The inside rubber sleeve has a strong rubbery odor. The rubber is porous and cannot be sterilized.

This is my first penis pump so I don't know how it measures to others, but as I mentioned before, for someone of average size, it poses no problems. It's shaped like your average penis pump as well. The plastic sleeve also has a ruler on it in centimeters that measures length as well as width. It's not really easy to carry or hide and I would not really consider it portable. Designwise, I think it's a good-looking pump. My only qualm about the actual design is that the sleeve is not transparent at all.

The sleeve measures 8 1/2" and will accommodate anyone 7 1/2" or less. The inside sleeve diameter is about 1 1/4" while the outside diameter is about 2 1/4". The pump tube is about 8". I've never had a problem with it.

I wouldn't try it in the water. Also, don't be deceived by false advertising. This will lead to hard and big erections but it won't lengthen your penis permanently. I experienced an erection a quarter to a half inch longer than my usual, and I feel like this result is pretty standard.

As with any other penis pump one should be careful to not pump too liberally. Slow pumps (with a few drops of lube) worked out for me. Be careful with it and it should never hurt.

I cleaned it with warm water and soap and found it to be sufficient. Toy cleaner would probably work as well. I store it in the closet and I've never had problems with that. Other than its rather inconspicuous design it seems to be okay to store it anywhere. I live in a dorm so I definitely have to hide it. Overall it's a low-maintenance toy.

The package was an easily opened clamshell, with advertising but no instructions. No extras came with the pump.
