The toy has a silicone sheath that tapers down on your head (water-based lube required) and holds your erect penis, while you chose vibration, sucking or both at once. I am thick and needed some lube to get myself inserted. This ensured tight suction and snug fit.

The cone is a little tight for me, but not unreasonably so. Perhaps it's designed that way to have stronger sucking sensation. Supersized men may find it too tight. It will stretch some, but you'll need some lube to make is slide in better. Can be used for travel, roommate/dorm situations and even in the shower.

It's not discreet, but easy to hide.

Can be cleaned in the usual fashion with soapy water, 10% bleach solution, toy wipes or cleaners. Dry before storing and probably shouldn't submerge it, but is splash proof.
