This toy is fairly simple and straight-forward to use. Just lube up and stick it in. It has a small hole at the end which you can stick your finger on to control the suction. However, it's an all or nothing deal. If you place your finger over the hole, the suction can be too much and you won't be able to move at all. If you let go, there's absolutely no suction and it's too easy to slide. It's not a huge set back, but it might be a problem for you.

You can use this toy with your hands or go hands free. It has a hard outer shell that is fairly tough and you can stick it in a mattress. However, because the elastomer material isn't incredibly soft, hands-free doesn't feel very good. I'd recommend using it the traditional way so you can control the angles better.

The cup has three layers. A hard outer plastic, a middle foam layer for extra softness and pressure, and the inner layer made of a soft white elastomer. It's not incredibly soft or life like and it can feel slightly ridged, but I find the hard/soft ratio pretty pleasurable all around. It also didn't have much of an odor that I noticed.

This toy has three main areas of sensation. Near the entrance there are small bumps all around which to me give the best sensation to the head. I usually find myself just thrusting into the entrance and back without going all the way in because it feels so great. Then in the middle, is a very tight junction in the tiny bump texture. Too tight if you ask me. And finally, large bumps at the very end. It's a great texture, but not too intense. Great for beginners and people who like it a little more rough.

The Tenga cup is fairly well designed and the cup is easy to grip. It is only about six inches long so it's fairly small and discreet. After you rip the Tenga label off, it's just a white, hard plastic cup. I doubt anyone would know what it is unless they have one themselves. The width is okay, but the center has a tight junction and I find to be overly small. I'm around average and sometimes I find it impossible to make it past that middle without a lot of lube. If you're above average, I suggest you go for something else because this toy will give you far more pain than pleasure.

The directions state a one time use, but you can pretty much use it as many times as you want. It's pretty easy to rip out the insert and wash it with soap and water. The material the insert is made of is pretty strong so it can last you quite a while. It's easy to turn inside out without damaging it. Don't forget to wash out the foam part too as there is a hole in the elastomer insert for suction and fluids will leak out through there and on to the foam layer. The outer plastic cup has a top, but let it dry before putting it on obviously.

This toy is a huge lube hog. As I said before, there is a small hole in the elastomer insert for suction and various things tend to leak out of there and on to the foam layer, one of those being lube. Be careful when lubing it because if you're just pumping it in, it's just going to keep leaking out and it will go to waste. The lube can also clog the suction hole creating a suction gradient in which case, good luck getting in or out of there.
