Great in theory, but needs some improvements...
It theory, having the elongated clitoral stimulator is a wonderful idea. But this product doesn't quite live up to its potential. With some improvements (including more texture / ticklers for the woman and variable speeds), this product could be a real winner. However, as it is now, the vibration just wasn't strong enough and the texture did nothing for me (or my hubby).

Pros
Long, rather than wide, clitoral stimulator; comes with extra batteries.
Cons
Single so-so speed; little texture.
My husband and I have just started experimenting with cock rings, so this was all new to us. I have always been one of those women who found it impossible to climax during sexual intercourse, so we've been looking for a product (or hopefully products) that would assist me to be able to have this experience with my husband. Along the way, we found a couple products that I could use on myself during intercourse that worked twice. Literally, once per product. It was frustrating. Then he saw some cheap cock rings in a store and expressed interest in trying these. We bought a couple of the cheap ($8) ones at the store and he kinda liked them, although they did nothing for me. So I came here, of course, to read the reviews and ask for advice. After doing my research, I chose two products to try out.
Unfortunately, while this was definitely much better for me than the ones we bought to test first, it left me disappointed in several ways and still left me not being able to climax during intercourse. My husband liked it better as well, but it wasn't all that much different for him than the trial versions.
When I received the product, I checked out the packaging which was a box with photos of the product, descriptions of the product, little blurbs about what was so fantastic about it and of course, the usual photo of hot people (the man mostly hidden, the woman with a so-perfect-it-makes-us-"normal"-women-feel-bad body mostly exposed, as usual). The box states that it is made of soft and stretchy TPR and that it is waterproof (including the bullet).
I was impressed that it came with an extra set of batteries (it uses 4 cell-type batteries, but came with 8). It also came with battery installation instructions which didn't amount to much. Also inside the box was a clear bullet and the cock ring.
Upon removing the toy from the little bag it came in, I noticed a very faint odor up close and I also noticed that the product was pretty sticky. The dual-rings were very stretchy and should fit any man with no trouble. Extending outward from the rings is a funny-looking clitoral stimulator. It measures approximately 3" in length and 1" in diameter. It's long rather than wide which is supposed to reach the clitoris better. The idea is a good one, anyway.
The power is located in the removable bullet which has one button at the far end. It consists of one speed. Which is so-so. Nothing fancy. That's it. Off and on. The bullet fits down into the clitoral stimulator part, just barely sticking out at the end so the button can be accessed. The toy is actually very quiet when in use.
It was easy to put on and did not in any way cause discomfort to my hubby. There are a few so-so nubs / ticklers for him which he said he didn't really notice. He stated the rings were comfortable, which may have been a drawback to an extent because while he doesn't have issues with sustaining himself for an extended amount of time, he didn't notice that the rings being in place made a difference either way. He also stated that while the single vibration speed was pleasant, it wasn't a whole lot better than the really cheap toys we had bought to try out.
There are some very tiny raised lines for texture on the underside end of the clitoral stimulator portion. Nothing to brag about there. There is a bit of extra cushioning on the underside of the clitoral stimulator, but if your partner puts any amount of weight on you while using it, you might find it pressing uncomfortably into your pelvic bone. While some users found the product difficult to keep in place, slipping from side to side, this didn't turn out to be a huge issue for us. However, it was too harsh directly on the clitoral area for me and just didn't do the trick. A helpful hint - don't forget to lubricate it well, because the firm and sticky nature of the stimulating portion rubbing against the delicate clitoral area is not a pleasant one without a lot of water-based lubricant to make it glide.
On the bright side, clean-up with a cinch with soap and water. Or a water-based toy cleaner would also work well.

Thank you for viewing Cock commander – vibrating cock ring review page!
The good news? I did find a vibrating cock ring that worked wonders for us. So far, it's been the only "hands-free" way for me to be able to orgasm during sex. It's called the Elite 7x. I did a review on it as well. I would highly recommend checking that one out. I'll be anxious to hear if it works for you, too!
Have you tried a lot of cock rings, are there some ones that are wireless that worked the best for you?
