The silicone extension is made to be worn over the penis. There is a bullet that slides into the rabbit on top that is a simple push button to turn it on and off. This toy is straight forward and could be used by a beginner or and advanced toy user.

The sleeve states that it can handle up to a 4 inch girth which when ordering it sounded rather large, I was wrong. I could not get this thing over the head of my penis. I will tell you that this is built very well because I attempted several times to get this on and was unable to do so. I’m not trying to toot my horn but I feel that I fall into the average category when it comes to penis size and this wasn’t even close to fitting. I would measure yourself before ordering this.
