The SlingO is a silicone cock ring with a twist. The toy goes around both the cock and balls and reaches back with a bump that massages the perineum. This is what sets this ring apart from the other rings on the market and is what drew me to this toy in the first place. In theory this toy should give the user the standard benefits of a cock ring with the bonus of added pleasure and stimulation as you move. In regards to these concepts, this toy succeeds. The only issue is that this toy may cause some users discomfort.

The ring is made from silicone, so it is soft to the touch and stretchy. Also, because of the material, I suggest using only water-based lubes around the toy to ensure that it is not damaged. The toy is well built, as I was worried the small ball on the back would break off after regular use. So far, I do not see that becoming an issue. Similarly, I was a bit worried that I would strain the material stretching it to put it on, but there are no indications that this will happen.

The ring itself, for me personally, is a bit too tight. It was a bit of a strain to put it on, but it was extremely comfortable to wear. The ball on the end does its job, as I felt pressure and stimulation as I moved while wearing it. Also, when sitting down, the ball will press on the perineum. That will add to the pleasure of wearing it. Unfortunately, I could not wear it for long, as it was too tight and I started to feel discomfort. The issue is that this is a great ring and a fun design, but the size of it prevents me from giving it a higher score. If you can fit, then go for it, but if you are a bit on the larger side, I would look elsewhere.

I still had issues with the ring being a bit too tight. Due to this, I have stopped using it. If it fits for you, then you will have a great toy. If not, do look elsewhere.
