I bought this toy for my husband for additional bedroom play or times when I cannot or prefer not to engage in sexual activity (ladies, you know what time I mean).

It's made from a jelly-like material that is very stretchy so it can fit any size and fits back tight around him. You just want to make sure you have a good amount of lube on him (be careful and hold on tight, it can get a little slippery!). Unfortunately it does not vibrate, but that means you are not wasting batteries, nor do you need to worry about it being too loud. Loudness is always a factor for us because we have children and very thin walls. Unlike a lot of male toys that have only one opening, this toy has an opening on each end which makes it much easier to clean. We just rinse it off really well, spray it with some toy cleaner, then rinse it again and it's good to go.

I'm not sure whether my husband likes the ribbed insides or the feel of the beads that are inside better, probably the combination of both! His all-time favorite way to use it, however, is to hold on tightly at the base, with your fingers wrapped around, and stretch the top of the toy up into air with it pinched closed. It creates a suction and he says it really feels like he's being sucked on! Because this toy does have the two openings and is so squishy and flexible, it also works really well to push him out of the other side of the toy and suck on him while using the toy at the same time. In that situation I would just suggest a flavored lube, it's not great if you go down on him with one not meant for oral consumption. The only downfall I've found is that he won't use the toy by himself, he'll only use it if I'm using it on him.
