There is also an illustration showing the proper way to wear the 4US cock ring. More instructions are located on the inside of the lid of the packaging. The bullet comes with the battery already inserted and a isolator disc that prevents the vibrator from working until it is removed.

We first tried this cock ring in standard missionary position which we quickly concluded was probably not the best position for this product. The vibrator would miss my clit completely and push into my pubic bone. However, the vibrations traveling through his penis provided a pleasurable sensation inside of my vagina. We then shifted to girl on top and I found this to be a little better but I was not receiving much clitoral stimulation.
