I wanted to try a simple double vibration cock ring and one that went around both the shaft and testicles. I would recommend looking at the 'view actual product size' before thinking of purchasing, as it is not as stretchy as it seems.

It's made from TPR silicone. I thought it would be pretty stretchy. The ring for the shaft actually stretches out pretty well and makes it easy to slip on. But the "ring" for the testicles does not even stretch out as far as the cock ring does, making it much more difficult to get around the testicles. The texture is nice and smooth but not stretchy enough for comfort or pleasure.

The bullets pack a powerful little punch both above the shaft and below it. This was the selling point for my husband. The sensation was a bit overpowering at first, but with a little practice it can be a real great way to extend the orgasm out. Unfortunately, as stated, the bottom "ring" for the testicles was even smaller and less stretchy than the cock ring and trying to place the smaller ring around the testicles almost hurt my husband as it snaps into place like a rubber band. Ouch! Having to try and stretch it out far enough to fit was a struggle. The two bullets each have only one vibrating setting and, for mine (not sure if this is for all of them), the top one vibrated a little slower that the bottom one. Both are fairly quiet but pack a nice little buzz. I hope the two different speeds are actually a feature of the product because it adds to the different sensations going on at the same time. The vibrators are little push button ones so they are easy to turn on and off. They come out of the sleeve fairly easily and the batteries are small but replaceable.

It's slick and easy to clean. You can use regular antibacterial soap and water, but I also suggest using a toy cleaner to sanitize. If using a lubricant at all when using this toy it should be water based only. Easy to store in a little box or pouch so as not to get linty.

Basic plastic package. Nothing special, no instructions, not for storage.

1.Remove vibrating ring from package.
2.Place vibrating ring on penis with the top vibrating unit facing upwards.
3.Gently place testicles through stretchy “Baller” ring and secure band at base of testicles.
4.Switch on the vibrators by pressing the button on the side. Press once for ON, twice for OFF.
5.Clean the unit after each use. Change the batteries by removing and unscrewing motor capsule.

While I agree with everything else, #3 gave me a laugh. There is no way to gently place the testicles through this ring.

Just thought I would give a little more description on my first experience with this one. I love to give my husband extra pleasure involving his testicles in the mix and I thought this would be a great try. When I put the first ring on his shaft, it was simple, easy on but also snug.
