This was a very interesting toy to get the chance to use. Its actually the second one we have owned. The first one we purchased 3-4 months ago and had nothing but problems with it. The material had apparently dried out and when trying to use it, the sleeve tore in several places and the head was rock hard. But, we got a second one a couple weeks ago and it was completely fresh.

It takes a little work to get an extension on properly so you may want to keep your partner occupied with another toy so you can focus on placing this. You want to roll the sleeve part downward like unrolling a condom. Then place the tip of your penis firmly, and I do mean firmly, against the inside of the extension. If you do not put a little pressure on it, it is going to flop all over the place. Then just pull and roll the sleeve over your shaft. The material can be cut to length if you find the sleeve is too long for you, but be sure to use a very sharp knife so there wouldn't be any fraying to ruin the toy.

The X-tra cock is made from cyberskin and is extremely soft. There is a mild smell as would be expected, but not an overpowering one. It's kind of funny, the head, when squeezed, reminds me of those little stress reliever balls that ooze out either side of your hand. It's that soft and pliable but maintains its form fine for insertion. The shaft part is also very stretchy. I jokingly blew it up a little bit like a balloon just to see its capabilities, but don't recommend you doing that to yours if you wanna keep it for any length of time. My wife really seems to enjoy the feel of the material as it is the closest to feeling real we have ever come across. From the guys side of it, it does take away from the feeling of sex, almost like a super thick condom. But I still enjoy using it for the pleasure of pleasuring her with something new. She only wants to use it rarely because there's nothing quite like the real thing.

The shape of the penis is meant to be fairly realistic. It's not difficult to use so long as you take your time getting it in place. I have heard of others trying to use lube to slide extensions on but I REALLY don't recommend that. Depending on your size, you may slide out of the extension during sex which would probably be a mood killer for your partner. Just take your time and put it on right. It's quite stretchy and I have no idea how large of a penis it could go over, but I'm a little over 5" around and that was nowhere near its max.

There is a slight visual problem with this. I am already over 5" around, and the extension head is only 5" around. When I put the sleeve on, my shaft becomes over 6" around. Are you getting an image yet? Once stretched on, I have 7 inches of 6" shaft and then the 3 inches of 5" shaft. It's quite a deformed looking thing and my wife laughed her ass off when we were looking at it. On a smaller diameter person, this wouldn't be so lopsided. But having the smaller head on it can be a plus for some to help the partners open up for the larger shaft.

It does as it says; the extension adds 3" to your length while wearing it. I haven't gotten her to take it all yet, but thanks to the very pliable head, she has tried several times. Either way, it can be a lot of fun to use.

This extension came with a cock ring and bullet vibe. The ring is made of the same material and doesn't exactly work the way I expect a cock ring to function. It is way too stretchy to feel it's there and the bullet flops around so neither you nor your partner are going to feel it. Sorry, not all 3 things can be wonderful at this price.

Because it's made of cyberskin, you really need to take care of this toy. It will melt to other toys, pick up all kinds of trash it touches, and tear easily if it begins to harden. Keep it clean with mild anti-bacterial soap and in its own spot, not touching other toys. Use of a non-talc powder will prolong its life, and I have heard of some using corn starch.

I really recommend using a condom on all toys and this one is no exception. I use Magnums and they also will stretch over the sleeve once on, but it's a tight fit. If you use regular condoms, and depending on what your girth is, you may need to get some larger ones to use after putting this on. As it is, such a soft material could easily tear and you wouldn't want any of those torn off pieces getting left behind, would you? Didn't think so, so please take care with it.

And no, I do NOT recommend this for any anal. The head would probably get stuck and tear off, so please don't try. And if you do, and it does, thank god it's soft and pliable.

Easy open packaging with no real instructions on it, but works good to store the extension in to keep its shape if you don't have another place for it to lay in.

If you are in any way insecure, don't get this. We have fun with toys of all sizes and know for us it's not the size that makes the difference as much as the way you use them. That includes your penis. I have no problem getting my wife to an orgasm going solo, with toys or however. But if someone couldn't make their partner reach orgasm on their own and she did with this, I imagine it could cause some tension for them. So make sure you are comfortable with the idea of your partner getting off to an oversized you. I'm a little on the freak side, as I suspect most in here are (no offense), and loving getting my wife and myself off all sorts of ways. Most importantly, have tons of fun with it.
