The One Shot Masturbator arrives as a plastic container with a shrink wrapped plastic label. You need to break the seal on the top of the plastic, remove the lid and pull out the little, clear vial of lubricant. The sleeve is ready to go, just lube it up, remove the decal on the air hole, insert your penis and start taking care of business.

The sleeve is surrounded by soft, dense, white foam that is about 3/8" thick. It is the same material found in couch cushions and foam mattresses. The sleeve is inserted in the middle with the 1"lip under the top of the foam. The lube is in the center. The plastic container measures 5" tall by 2 1/2" diameter. The interior diameter is about 2"-2 1/4", if you have a larger girth, you will scrape the sides and according to my husband, that hurts like hell.

I purchased two different masturbators for my husband when they were on sale, so we we used this one second. There are a few different options available for playing with this sleeve and the versatility was surprising. I guess you have to think out of the plastic, lol!!
