Well like most guys I was pretty skeptical at first when I purchased this item. I never used a penis pump|Man's guide to Penis Pumps before and wasn't sure if they would even work. To begin with I will give my beginning dimensions before using the pump. I am about six inches in length and about five and one half inches in diameter. In about 15 short minutes of pumping I gained little to nothing in length, less than a quarter inch, but about an inch in girth to just under six and one half inches. The first time I used the pump I didn't tell my wife. When I presented her with the "new" package she noticed immediately and was able to see and feel the difference. Needless to say we are both pleased with the results.

Some things to know about pumping is that the results tend to last about and hour or two which is enough time to get the job done in most cases. When I pumped for more than 15 minutes I did notice some bigger results but never took any measurements.
