When we received this toy, we could tell immediately it was going to provide some great sensations. There are two sides for use of this toy. We appreciate that this toy came in a manly color of tranparent black. The nubs on one side are soft and smooshy and do not add any unwanted friction, just a nice stimuli. The other side is a gently grooved surface which lends to great suction and an exhilarating sensation for my husband. It is easy to keep a grip of and doesn't slip out of your hands when "getting busy." However, I would not recommend trying to use one side with the lube, then turning it inside out - then you will be having some problems keeping a grip on it!

Care in cleaning this toy is easy. We decided to submerge it in hot soapy water and rinse really well and pat dry with a lint free towel. The sounds of this toy are probably obvious since you will want to use plenty of slippery lube! I could do without that but it's worth it for him.

It is flexible so it can fit snugly without the tournaquet effect that some toys can have. It has no strong smell, which is a major plus. We are definitely keeping this toy and plan to use it while using other toys! Of course it can be worn while having intercourse because it will move back and forth (although not inside), it will move back and forth on him. I did not get a thrill from this because only the tip of him was able to go inside of me, but hubby did so I can use a toy of another sort for self stimulation while he's happy too!

I did enjoy being able to have a little glimpse (due to the dark color) of him in it. Just a different visual sensation for me that we've not had before.

I've noticed my husband just doesn't have interest in this toy any longer. It has quickly worn out its thrill for him.
