Some cock rings are designed to go around the cock and balls, while others only go around the shaft of the penis. This one does both; it has a ring which fits tightly around the penis plus an attached loop which goes under the scrotum. This way you can get the effects of both types, without needing to wear two separate rings.

This blue stretchy ring is made from TPE, aka TPR or thermoplastic rubber. It's perhaps not the best material in the world, but it works well for cock rings due to its stretchiness and strength. Mine is completely smooth and defect-free, but based on past experience with cock rings, it will probably eventually develop cracks after repeated use.

The ring has a number of spherical bumps which are good in a few ways. First and foremost, they make it easier to put it on and take it off, as they give you something to grab and hold on to. Rings with no texture can be difficult to work with, and are more likely to roll up and grab hairs, or to be difficult to remove when you're done. The nubs on this ring make it easier to handle than most. The nubs also help it stay in place, especially when lube is involved. A smooth ring is more likely to slide around, in my experience.

The ring which goes around the shaft of the penis is relatively small (perhaps 3/4 of an inch) which gives it a nice tight grip on your penis. It's small enough to work well for those of us with a thinner cock, but it's stretchy enough that it should work even for guys with more girth.

The loop which goes down around the balls is more flimsy and doesn't grip as tightly, because it's more stretchy and is a much longer loop. I would have preferred it if this part were less stretchy, or perhaps a bit smaller, so that it could grab my balls more tightly. One thing I do like about this lower loop is that it's connected at an angle so it's better aimed at where it needs to go.

I find this ring easy to put on and take off. I tend to put it on my cock first, then pull the other loop around my balls. This one seems less likely to pull on my pubic hair than some other cock rings.

TPE is a porous material and shouldn't be boiled, so this toy should probably not be shared. It should be washed with warm water and soap or a toy cleaner. I would recommend cleaning it after every use.

You should be able to use either silicone or water-based lubricant with TPE, but I've only tried water-based lubes with this toy.

The cock ring comes packaged in an easy-to-open cardboard box which shows a clear picture of what the product looks like. The packaging also has a random hot woman on it for no reason, like most California Exotic packaging.

The package provides minimal written instructions, but it does have a photograph of the cock ring wrapped around a clear dildo, to show how it fits. This photo clearly demonstrates which way to aim the lower loop in order to have it most effectively wrap around the scrotum. I wish more packages would use this technique to illustrate the use of a toy. It's very useful, and probably easier to understand in this case than written instructions. The text on the package gives the usual common sense safety warning (don't wear a cock ring too long).
