The Doc Joc Incredible Jack-Off Device is a male masturbator. It is handheld and is intended to be used by anyone with a penis. There are four main parts to it: The bulb, the vibrator, the inner sleeve and the exterior tube.

The four main sections are made of different materials, as the stock photos show. The bulb is a traditional rubber bulb intended to create suction. I did not taste it as I have no reason to, but it has a very mild rubber smell as one might expect if you put it directly to your nose and sniff. Again, I do not know why you would want to do so.

The vibrator is a standard variable speed bullet made of plastic. It has no noticeable smell.
The exterior shell of the device is likewise a hard clear plastic and has no smell.

The inner sleeve is a soft pliable silicone that has no noticeable smell. This is the part that comes into direct contact with the penis. It has two textures, depending on which side you use as the interior. To change it simply turn it inside out. The first texture is a smooth one. The second is bumpy. The main use is the bumpy side, but depending on your preference you can alter this. You can slightly feel the bumps through the plastic even when using the smooth side.

The shape of this thing is weird. As you can see from the photos, the bulb attaches to the top of the exterior tube permitting the user to squeeze the bulb to create suction. It is easy to squeeze. The bulb attaches to the top of the exterior tube via a small air hole.

In my opinion, the exterior tube is poorly designed. First, it is only about 3 1/2 to 4" top to bottom. The average penis is a bit longer. Second, you lose about 1/2" due to the indentation at the top of the exterior tube that was created to put the bullet vibrator in. As a result, even a moderately sized male will find, as I did, that the head of the penis keeps hitting the indentation at the top. The width of the exterior tube is fine however. It is about 2" across so most penises will fit inside without difficulty.

The interior sleeve, which goes inside the exterior tube after inserting the penis into the sleeve is likewise poorly designed in my opinion. First, it is very thin. I have used it four times now to be able to write this review and it is already showing signs of being ready to tear. I expect that it will be torn very soon. Second, the textures bumps are not particularly pleasant. Bluntly, the remind me of what warts might feel like on the inside of a vagina or mouth. Sorry, just not a pleasant image, and they don't feel very good on my penis. Third, the design is such that it is difficult to keep the suction with any up and down hand movement. More on this below.

The toy is not discreet. It is not something you will want to leave out. It is suitable for travel however as there are no metal parts.

There are three main mechanical functions of this toy. First, the rubber bulb is squeezed to create suction. There is nothing really to say about this. Presuming that you have created a vacuum, the bulb will pull the air out of the exterior tube creating suction.

The second mechanical function is the variable speed vibration. This is a simple finger dial on the battery pack for the bullet as you can see in the stock photo. You rotate the dial with a finger up or down to increase or decrease the vibration intensity. The bullet attaches to the exterior tube via a plastic indentation in the outside of the tube. You simply slide it in. As I noted above, I found that this was poorly designed as you lose over 1/2" of the tube length due to the indentation that protrudes inside the tube. Second, since the exterior tube is hard non-pliable plastic, the vibrations are significantly diminished in my opinion as they are absorbed by the hard plastic and they are diffused by the entire shell.

The battery pack/dial unit likewise attaches to the exterior tube via a pair of plastic "arms" that you slide the pack into so that everything is connected together permitting one handed use. This is a good idea so far as it goes.

The third mechanical function is the sleeve itself. Again, the penis slides inside the sleeve and then the sleeve and penis are inserted into the exterior tube. This is likewise poorly designed as far as I am concerned. First, it is very difficult to keep suction. Every time I start to move the exterior tube up and down in a masturbation motion the suction vacuum starts to be lost.

This toy is easy to clean. Because the soft silicone sleeve is not attached to anything, simply pull it off the penis after use and wash it with an anti-bacterial toy cleaner or soap and water. The exterior shell, where ejaculate may end up, is likewise easily washed the same way. As the soft silicone sleeve needs some lube for best results, a water based lube only should be used. I simply clean it and put it in the toy drawer for storage.

The packaging that this toy comes in is very explicit. It features photos of a completely nude man with a full erection with the toy around the penis. The box is standard cardboard with a plastic insert that the toy ships in. You will need to throw the packaging away as it is not appropriate for gift or storage.

Now to another negative. There are NO directions included other than the following: First, on the outside of the box there is a warning that the toy creates suction and care should be used not to create tissue damage due to overuse. Second, there is a piece of paper included that talks about how to insert the batteries in the vibrator! That is it! There were no directions on assembly or use in the toy I received at all. Given that the toy is not intuitive as to how to create suction between the exterior tube and the soft sleeve this is a major problem.

Perhaps it is just me, but this toy does not work at all in my opinion. I have used this toy several times now thinking that perhaps it simply has a learning curve (again, no directions) but I still have gotten no pleasure out of it.

Some personal information. I have a normal, average size penis. It is about 6" long. I keep my pubic area, penis, and scrotum shaved. As such, it should be easy to create suction. This was not the case. I had to push the hard exterior shell down onto my groin and base of my penis to create a suction vacuum. However, as soon as I move the toy with any real motion at all as you would in masturbating the seal tends to break, losing the suction. For men who keep any pubic hair, I think that creating an keeping the suction seal will be nearly impossible.

I have tried keeping the soft sleeve down at the base of my penis, I have tried rolling the sleeve over the bottom edge of the hard exterior shell. I have tried getting an erection first then inserting myself into the toy, and I have tried using the toy as a "pump" to create an erection. Nothing works. I know that another user gave this toy a positive review, but I just cannot do so.

I have both a Tenga Air and an original Fleshlight. Both of these create a suction feeling and permit the penis to be stroked in full range without breaking the suction feeling. Bottom line: In my opinion this toy is worthless.

In my experience, having used this toy about six times, for the reasons set out above I cannot recommend it. First, your penis head will bump against the top of the toy and the bullet indentation area if you are longer than 4", especially if you use it to creating a sucking in and out motion. Second, the vibrator is very diffused due to being attached on the outside of the toy's exterior hard shell. Third, the suction is very difficult to maintain. Fourth, I cannot "jack off" using it due to losing the suction with any real movement. Finally, there are no directions.
