Do Your Balls Hang Low?
The Advanced C-ring is a phthalates-free silicone ring designed for maximum ejaculation control. Its simplistic design makes for a ring that goes above and beyond others on the market.

Pros
Silicone, high quality, affordable.
Cons
None.
If you're looking for a basic cock ring that spares you from any overwhelming bells and whistles, the Advanced C-Ring by Tantus is a great ring that will leave you completely satisfied.
Made out of silky, smooth silicone, the Advanced C-Ring is phthalates-free, hypoallergenic, and nonporous. As 100% medical grade silicone is so body safe, this is a ring that can be used with numerous partners requiring just a simple 3 minute boil for complete sterilization before use.
Besides boiling, you can also wash this ring by hand with soap and water, clean it with an antibacterial toy solution, or throw it in the top rack of a dishwasher without soap. Any method is practical as a material such as silicone cannot be penetrated by dirt and bacteria. Washing before play is also recommended as this cock ring will pick up lint and dust.
Silicone is a material that will last you a lifetime if treated correctly; store separately from other toys and use with only water-based lubricant, however, Tantus actually recommends Eros Original Bodyglide with their products. Eros Original Bodyglide is a 100% silicone lubricant that will not clash with the 100% silicone composition of Tantus toys. Unfortunately, Tantus does not tote any other silicone lubricants as being safe to use.
The Advanced C-ring has an unstretched diameter of 1 3/4" and a max stretch diameter of 2 1/4". The silicone in this ring does have the ability to be stretched, however, make sure to properly measure yourself before this arrives to ensure a proper fit. [On a personal note, I couldn't get this ring to fit the traditional way: around both my cock and balls. However, I was able to have it solely fit my testicles and it worked phenomenally that way.]
Tantus has designed this ring to help pull your testicles away from your body. In their own words: "When a man ejaculates, the prostate's job is to shut off the bladder and push seminal fluid down the urethra. The testicles then contract and add sperm to the seminal fluid with the result of ejaculation. A cock ring holds the balls down and keeps the testes from contracting thus slowing down ejaculation."
An IMPORTANT Note about the C-rings: Tantus has designed a series of cock rings for men; the Beginner, the Intermediate, and the Advanced. This ring, the Advanced, was designed to be worked up to. This has the smallest of all diameters and was crafted as the last step towards maximum ejaculation control. Tantus totes that when finally cumming with the Advanced, "the constriction takes orgasm from about 6 seconds to up to 45 seconds." It was made to be tight, however, it's important that it isn't too tight as too tight rings can cause problems resulting in damage to your penis and testicles.
To put it on: lube up the inside of the ring then pull one testicle through, the other, and finally, your cock.
As with all Tantus toys, the Advanced C-ring is impressive. This thick silicone ring is an affordable, smart choice for singles and couples looking to delay orgasm and potentially, prolong orgasm as well.

How to measure:
1. Wrap a string flat against your body, behind your balls, and tug it up around the top of your penis.
2. Mark the string on both sides where it comes together when it's both tight and comfortable.
3. Remove the string and measure between the marks. This measurement will give you your circumference.
4. Take your circumference measurement and divide by pi (3.14). This measurement will give you your diameter/cock ring size.

I have the intermediate and I was wondering if I was "man" enough to take the advanced on. I might have to take it on as a personal challenge. Do you think it is something you will be able to work toward eventually, or are you just too well endowed? Thanks for the extremely informative review.

I think I'd bust a nut if I used this the traditional way, and not in the good sense. If I were to position this over both my eggs and ham, I might end up having to get my Leatherman to cut it off, and if that didn't work, call the fire brigade to get the jaws of life.
