Disappointing, but hey, it was free.
This might be worth adding as a free gift, but I definitely wouldn't pay for it. The vibrations are weak and I didn't find it to be anything more than mildly pleasurable. It is very versatile and can be used as a cock ring during sex or masturbation, an addition to a dildo or vibrator, or a vibrator (alone or with the ring). The bullet lasts about thirty minutes and you can reuse the ring afterwards.

Pros
Good price (especially as a free gift!), ring is very stretchy & would fit most penises or toys
Cons
Very weak vibrations, faulty control switch, only one speed
USE
This is a versatile, disposable toy that is currently available free with any order. It's a small pink cylindrical bullet enclosed in a hard plastic-type casing that has been slipped inside of a TPR silicone ring that is extremely stretchy (fits around a soda can without any problem) and I imagine that it would accommodate most penises.
It is designed to be used as a cock ring during sex, but I do not presently have a sex partner (or penis) and instead tried it in a few other ways. I first used it with the bullet inside of the ring placed around a glass dildo. I had a lot of difficulty getting it adjusted properly and was unable to find a good placement where it could hit my clit while thrusting. I also tried masturbating with my finger while wearing the ring--that worked a little better because it was easier to adjust my finger's positioning so that the vibrations could hit my clit, but I found that the ring was a little too thick and really muffled the vibrations a lot. I didn't find that it moved by itself once it was on my finger or the dildo, and I imagine that if you were having sex with it, you wouldn't have to readjust it a whole lot once you found a good position.
I ended up removing the bullet and placing it bare against my clit. I found that to work much better than the other methods because the vibrations were considerably stronger without having to go through the ring.
Another use for this toy could be for men who want to wear it around their penis while they jack off.
MATERIAL, CARE, & PACKAGING
The bullet is made of a plastic-type casing that is very hard. I did not notice any odor or taste.
The ring is made of TPR silicone (6 on Eden's safety scale) and feels similar to a large gummy Life Saver. TPR silicone is suitable for use with only water-based lubricants. I noticed a very faint odor and a slightly rubberish taste. The ring attracts hair and dust like a magnet. You could save the ring and continue to use it with another bullet even after this one died, but I don't know that it'd be worth the trouble of storing it & making sure it didn't get covered in lint. If you're planning on using it on a trip, you'd probably want to leave it in the package before packing. The packaging looks very similar to a condom wrapper and did a good job of keeping it sealed before use.
DESIGN/SHAPE & CONTROLS
The bullet is pretty standard--it's a 1" pink hard cylinder with a switch on the side. I don't know if my bullet was defective, but I found the switch to be kind of hard to use--it's not placed onto the side straight and I had to jerk it up really hard to get it to turn on or off. It wasn't impossible, but it was a pain to make sure it was all the way on and wouldn't turn off by itself. There is only one intensity option, and it's pretty low--I'd say that it's around 1 vroom with the ring on, and 2-2.5 without the ring. Due to its small size, the vibrations are concentrated on one area and suitable for pinpoint stimulation. Mine died after about 30 minutes--I didn't notice that the vibrations were significantly weaker until it finally quit working entirely, but that's likely because they weren't very strong to begin with. I tried popping the bullet's case open to see if you could replace the battery, but I wasn't able to put it back together again afterwards, so there's no point in keeping the bullet once it's died. You could reuse the ring with another similar-sized bullet if you stored it somewhere where it wouldn't get covered in dust.
It's remarkably quiet, even for such a weak toy--a blanket muffles the sound almost entirely, and if you were using it under clothing, you probably couldn't hear it at all unless you were in a perfectly silent room.
The ring is about 2" in its entirety and the hole in the center (for placing a penis, finger, or toy) is about 1/2" when it is unstretched, but it stretches out to about 4". The ring has three holes (one on each side)--I'm not sure what those are for. The bullet casing is at the top of the ring and has a butterfly design on it--the butterfly is raised and has little dots all over its wings. I was unable to feel this while using the ring, but if you're sensitive to texture, it might be pleasurable.

Experience
I was unable to orgasm while using this product alone, but I did find it to be moderately pleasurable to use the bullet by itself without the ring. The vibrations were nowhere near strong enough to get me off, but it was a nice warm-up to using another toy. Someone who likes weak vibrations may find it to be more exciting, but I like strong vibrations and was disappointed at how weak these were. I would add another one to my cart with my next order if it's still free, but I did not find it useful enough to spend money on.
Follow-up commentary
4 months after original review
They're currently no longer available as a free gift, but even if they were, I think I'd pick one of the other options over them. This isn't something I've found myself lusting after since the first one wore out.
