The Chocolate Realistic Textured Extension is used to extend penial length and girth. It can be used with a dildo, penis, or strap-on. It grips the penis snugly (think of a really thick condom) and rests just a couple of inches above the base of my husband's penis (he is 8 inches). This is a toy for couples looking to add more girth and length to their phallic play.

It can be used vaginally or anally (with extreme care), I suggest using a condom with this toy regardless of how you play with it (more on that under 'Material.') Because it does just slip over the penis and doesn't have a flared base, if you do play with this anally, keep an eye on it and don't insert it all the way.

This is not a penis sleeve to be used as a masturbation device. This is to be worn on the penis during intercourse to add girth and length to the penis or other phallic object.

The Chocolate Realistic Textured Extension is made with TPR and has a smell straight out of the box. Even with airing out and washing, the smell has not gone away. I have not licked this product to see if it has a taste, but with the smell, I imagine it does. The extension is a lint magnet and somewhat sticky to the touch. It stretches out a good bit, I was able to fit it over my hand without causing any damage to it.

TPR is a porous material and should not be shared between partners nor should it be used vaginally and anally without changing the condom first. We used a condom with ours which may have dulled the sensation of the texture, but I am glad we did! When we took the condom off of the toy some of the color had transferred to the inside of the condom and I can only imagine what would have been inside my vagina had we not used a condom!

The Chocolate Realistic Textured Extension can be difficult to put on and take off, so we used some lube on the inside of it to make it easier to put on and off. My husband says that it was not pleasurable for him and I only enjoyed the head of the toy. This toy would be great for the average or below average phallic object, but may be too tight for larger penis.

It is not discreet and is only travel-friendly if you wrap it up in something. It looks like a penis. If you leave this lying out, it will attract questions and funny looks.

It has 'spikes' at the base, bumps around the middle, veins running the length of it, and a pronounced head. The head was the only texture I could feel with this toy, but it was very pleasant. I love a pronounced head, so the exaggerated feeling of this one was fantastic! My husband says that the inside felt like a condom that was thicker than usually and he was not able to get off while wearing this device.

Eden suggests using a condom with TPR toys, as do I. Clean this toy with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner. When cleaning this toy, be sure to get between all the cracks and crevices as a lot of texture means high maintenance. It cannot be disinfected by boiling, hence why you should use condoms with it! It can be used with silicone or water-based lubricants, and should be stored where it won't touch any toys. I suggest this because of the color transfer with the condom. I also suggest storing this in a cool, dry place and keep it out of direct sunlight.
