While this might work well for a man who wants a bit extra girth or length, my preferred use for items like these are to slide it onto one of my dildos, that may be in need of a little help, and using it to enhance that. With that in mind, I don't think this item will work for a man with a small penis. If you are only a couple inches in length, it will be far too limber to work out the remaining length.

This is a silicone product. So really in order to clean it you can simply drop it in some boiling water for a few minutes.
