Briefly amusing
The Ultimate Bondage Hole in One Briefs are not that ultimate, nor are they briefs. Instead, it is a BDSM-inspired thong that could be all or part of a costume for kink play. There is a mesh cover on the front which partially conceals the penis, but is removable for access without having to remove the thong. Overall, while I appreciate the thought, this product is as likely to "unleash your kinky side" as a spoiler is likely to make a Chevy Aveo fast.

Pros
Fairly comfortable
Cons
Not very kinky, no sexy pouch, metallic plastic, not that useful
What is it?
The Hole in One Briefs are, so far as I can figure, a BDSM-inspired fashion accessory. The briefs are actually T-back style thong, with a neoprene and faux-leather front, connected to an elastic waistband by neoprene strap (the thong part). The length of the connecting strap is adjustable by means of a velcro strap. The front of the Hole in One is adorned with metal studs at the top, and a removable mesh front where the penis would be while wearing the thong.
What's the idea behind it?
Based on the packaging, the Hole in One Briefs are designed to "Make all your inner fantasies come true with this sexy comfortable briefs. With it's [sic] elastic strap and luxury design- [sic] you cannot help but unleash your kinky side!" So the packaging doesn't exactly give you much idea what to do with the "briefs". My interpretation is that the thong is intended as part of BDSM-inspired fantasy play, as part of a costume to get one into the kinky mindset. The confusing part of the product is the "hole" part, the opening on the front that is covered by a mesh panel. Some community members have speculated that this is a male chastity feature, but to me it just doesn't feel like it fits with the overall package. To me, it seems like the cover is to allow a peek inside, and is removable so that one can have access without having to take off the thong.
Though this product is categorized as a panty harness, in the likes of the RodeoH, the packaging doesn't give any indication that this is its intended purpose. In my brief (ha!) investigations, I found that the hole was too wide for holding the base of several of my harness-compatible dildos; further, the hole is placed directly over the penis, rather than higher up, as is common on harnesses for males.
Materials
I can confirm that the packaging is accurate about at least one detail, the Briefs are fairly comfortable. The neoprene is soft and none of the stitching is rough or otherwise bothersome. The sexy claim, however, is debatable. I personally don't feel like neoprene is close to the embodiment of "Ultimate Bondage". Leather (or even more faux leather!) is far more recognized for its kink qualities. Though the packaging do not provide any care and cleaning information, neoprene can generally be hand washed with a mild detergent and line dried.
Design
Though alright in terms of comfort, the cut of the front isn't appealing. I do appreciate sexy male underwear, and one of the common design features in this category is the pouch, the tailoring of the front of the underwear to support and enhance a guy's package. The Hole in One Briefs, unfortunately, are flat-fronted, taking away the bulge factor that sexy male underwear provide. Having a pouch would also make the thong feel a little more encompassing and purpose-built, rather than feeling like a costume afterthought.
The removable mesh cover isn't a bad idea, but the execution could be better. First, the three riveted buttons that attach it front of the thong aren't spaced at 120 degree to each other. Rather, two of buttons are slightly closer to each other than the third. This means that correctly putting the cover back on the front usually took a couple of tries. Second, the metallic mesh on the cover isn't actually metal, just metallic finish plastic. It feels and looks fairly convincing, but for you, my dear readers, I took to it a lighter, and burn it did. Fortunately, the rest of the metal accessories on the thong passed the flame test, and are indeed metal.
