This is a very simple cock ring: it's literally just a ring. It's thick metal, so it's not flexible at all. It'll either fit around the penis, or it won't. Unlike some other rings, there's no way to fit the testicles through the ring as well as the penis. It should be simple enough for all users; there are no moving parts and only one place it will fit (or not fit)! The ring is made out of a fairly weighty metal. It's very solid and completely not malleable. The ring does feel very smooth; I don't notice any seams.
