For me this BJ simulator was a combination of intensities. I use this for personal use every once in awhile (like when my fiance doesn't want to have sex). If you use the right kind of lube it can be amazing. It can be super easy to do different patterns and depth with the right hand movements. It would almost be useful to get some sort of soft cleaning brush if you plan on using this regularly.

It came in a box but I tossed it out right after I got it. I store it in my special box in a baggie. The reason I would suggest storage in a baggie is that jelly products tend to attract dirt.
