The bullet (measuring 1.13 inches long and an half inch diameter) is barrel shape and disposable. Any mini-bullet would be interchangable with this ring, if you need or choose to. There is no way to adjust the size of this ring, other than the material being super stretchy. When stretching this ring, I thought it would be able to fit almost every girth. However, it was tight and extremely uncomfortable for my husband to wear for a long period of time. The bottom loop would not stay on his testicles. When we did get them on, it was way too tight for him. This item would be perfect for average size males but I would not recommend it to the more endowed.

The only mechanical function for this ring is the bullet. To turn it on, just press the switch on the side and slide it forward. Once you are finished, just slide the switch back to turn it off.
