I know my review is late, but guess what it still does the job. Using this Automatic pump does take a minute to figure out how to use it correctly for you. Oh man, once you figure it out, though, you and your partner are in for a treat! I think anyone could use this if you'd take the time.

The sleeve is made of TPR it's soft but not too soft. It gives just enough hold without being uncomfortable; you're able to use a cock ring while using this pump.

I like the way this pump looks; if someone wasn't paying attention when they saw it, I don't believe they would know what it was. The cylinder does have the marking of size on it so you can compare the difference. I think the average size can use this with no problem. It can be broken down to store differently.

This pump does turn on automatically, so I would advise to turn on and push the button to pause and learn control of the suction before you insert yourself. There is a plus button used to increase the suction and a minus button used to decrease it.

Cleaning this pump is fairly easy. Don't forget to first remove the motor; you can wipe it down. The sleeve is TPR, it can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water, and the cylinder is made of plastic so you can clean with mild soap and hot water. You can either store together or broken apart.
