This is a cock sleeve, used just like a masturbator. It has two openings for easy cleaning, each hole is a different size. It's hand held and extremely easy to use, I suggest everyone try one. Extremely easy to clean, I use warm water and soap as well as toy cleaner once in awhile. I let it dry then apply more baby powder. I love that the baby powder keeps lent and such off I am going to start applying baby powder to all my tacky, or rubber toys! I keep it in the original plastic it fits great and holds it well.

The packaging is awesome it comes in a large discreet box when delivered, inside was the actual package with the information and toy. The actual toy comes in a hard yet flexible plastic. I use the plastic box for storage after using and cleaning the toy I flip it over and let the toy dry then powder it and put it back the way it came.
